Andrew Farran was wonderful , to help me with saving money , (over $300), making a plan for repairing a busted pipe in a difficult to reach place. He crawled into my very narrow dirty dirt crawl space under house. Kept a great calm attitude, no swearing, ( which I appreciate), took lots of pics and videos to show me what was going on. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Very respectful and kind. He unclogged my bathroom sink as a bonus and informed me of a family plan that saved me 10 percent and will save the up front fee on any future service. They will take care of my water filtration system and changing filters, inspections 2X a year water heater, and furnace. they are working with me to pay for this. And putting in cut off valve where I can reach so this doesn't happen again. As a senior I am very pleased with such great service and really appreciate the help and even came a day early. I am told there will be 24/7 emergency service, too, with my family plan. This gives me great peace of mind. Splendid! The Lascko team was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My ancient boiler chose this winter to be laid to rest. Lascko patched it up a couple of times, kept trying but it was obvious that the time had come to replace it. I could have shopped around, gotten other bids but I figured, why bother when I already had the best? Josh was in charge of the installation and he led the team well. As far as pricing, I knew it would cost a bundle but their terms made it affordable for me. Called Lascko Services with a non-life threatening plumbing issue at our home in Pentwater. Within minutes, their scheduling team called back to get a technician visit on their books following up with the technicians name, picture and exact time of arrival. Good so far. When Ryan arrived on-site, he immediately made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. He talked us through our options after diagnosing the plumbing issue and made sure we understood the time-frame, cost and warranty of their services and products. With our approval, Ryan quickly made the necessary repairs and in short order, we were back in business again. "Good" just went to "Great".
