The service technician was absolutely amazing. He checked everything out and made sure everything was working as it should. He also answered all my questions I asked. They showed up on time. I would recommend one hour to all my friends and family. Thank you very much for a job well done.. 😀...

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, quick…Ali did a great job, he explained what his steps were as he was diagnosing the problem, found it, fixed it and cleaned the system so it will continue to function without struggling. He also showed me where and what to clean. Each system is different and I was not doing it correctly. Now I’m aware so I can do a few little things beyond just changing the filter, and the unit will last longer. 👍🏽 Thank you. 🙏🏽 ✌🏽❤️😁...

I had a very positive experience with Mike, arriving when he said and doing what they say they will do. Mike was very nice and very professional and put any fears that I had to rest.
I found this company through positive reviews and anybody reading this, you won't go wrong with One hour heating and cooling for your needs.
I would like to add that I have received my central air conditioner unit. All staff that came to install it were completely courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They worked steadily until they finished. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND One Hour Heating and Cooling!...

5 stars isn’t enough. Ali was very knowledgeable, honest and gave great advice. They replaced my A/C system in just a few short hours after the quick diagnosis. Price was very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend them...
