"Had an issue with a piece of roof fascia that got detached and fell. The solution was theoretically very simple, just put it back up and secure it with some nails, but it was quite high and couldn't handle it myself. Horizon Roofing sent somebody very quickly to look at it and assess the situation. Although this was a very small project that doesn't attract companies to bother sending a crew to fix, they took on the project to help me out. The crew came over at the end of their shift and spent 10-15 minutes to get up on the roof to fix my issue. Everybody was very nice and pleasant to work with. "Update about our review: After the finishing of our roof we waited for the promise of Kyle Phillips that he will provide us with the certificate of Centainteed Certificate warranty. A month pass by and days and we still haven’t gotten anything. We were told it’s in our mail we checked and we checked our spam mail it’s not there. We have been waiting but only promises that they will send it but up to now we don’t have any warranty certified by Centainteed. We had 7 companies estimate my 20-year-old roof, and we narrowed it down to 2. Horizon Roofing and the other company had similar estimates, but we chose Horizon Roofing due to their excellent communication. Tyler, the person in charge of the quote, consistently communicated with us via text, phone, and email, and was prompt and easy to work with. Our roof preferences were noted, and they incorporated all of our requests. The team of 7 professionals worked efficiently, completing the job in one day from 7 am to 7 pm. They covered my home and garden with tarps, used equipment like a dumpster that could be lifted to the roof, and did a thorough cleanup. I appreciated the magnetic nail sweep they used to catch all the fallen nails. I'm impressed with their attention to detail and thoroughness. They accommodated my request to change the pipe boot, which looks more solid than others I've seen. They also installed kick-out flashing. Kyler and Richard oversaw the workers and ensured everything was done correctly."
