I recently had a job done by Featherfall Restoration and they did an outstanding job!  I had some external siding panels fall off that needed to be repaired.  So, I placed my project on Thumbtack where they responded within 5 minutes. I was contacted by a representative named Kayla where we discussed my project in-depth before moving forward to the next step.  Kayla's communications on my project was the difference maker in my decision.  It was liking talking to a family member or friend of mine that gave me the comfortability to hire them over the others.  Once I hired them, Kayla worked it out where they came out the next day in the rain to fix and complete my project in one day.  They were efficient and effective and on time before the snow arrived.  I'm in Clinton, MD so the inclement weather is here.  I'm definitely using them in all my future external home projects.  Casey, one of the project managers, was just as friendly and professional.  I actually have no complaints about Featherfall Restoration, which is rare for me.  Give them a call and you won't be disappointed. I couldn’t say enough good things about Casey and FEATHERFALL Restoration. Casey the project manager provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, promptly answering my questions and keeping me informed of the schedule. They looked at it and said it only needed minor repairs. The work was completed the next day with exceptional craftsmanship, and they used high-quality materials as promised.

Excellent service. I had same day response for a roof repair with a leak. Featherfall contacted me immediately per my query and were at my home the same day for an estimate with a photo and video inspection to show the repairs needed. The work was performed the next day and done very well. I highly recommend using them and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them in the future...

2025 was a banner year for my home in Damascus, Maryland.
The exterior was completely updated through the help of FEATHERFALL Restoration.
We had a crazy hailstorm in my area mid-May, a couple weeks later Casey Hale knocked on my door.
He explained that my aluminum siding showed signs of damage from the hail and asked if I’d like to look with him.
It turned out that there was a lot of damage that I was unaware of, not just on the siding but on my relatively new roof as well.
Once I gave the ‘go ahead’, he, Kayla Cain and their team took ownership of the project and put together a comprehensive report with photo documentation and worked directly with my insurance company.
Casey and Kayla answered every question I had in detail, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and even came out to personally inspect the work after it was completed.
End result is my home has a new roof, siding, gutters, downspouts and even a new hot tub cover!
