Our project was a full house siding replacement because of wind damage.  This happened to us on a Sunday, and when we came home that evening we were devastated and didn't know quite what to do.  We called three companies and that same evening Casey returned our call and came by.  Casey allayed our concerns immediately.  He explained the insurance process to us and offered to walk us through the entire process.  Casey was knowlegeable, professional, and showed genuine concern for the situation.  Casey's crew came out the very next day and did a temporary fix; it was still winter and the weather was not favorable.  Casey and his assistant Kayla kept us informed throughout the process.  They were always accessible.  Casey worked deligently with the insurance company on our behalf to ensure that our job was done right and according to Code.  His commitment to this effort was outstanding!  The work crew was professional, timely, and efficient, and the cleanup was impressible.  I would give this company a 10, and certainly would recommend FEATHERFALL Restoration to anyone without hesitation...

I recently had a job done by Featherfall Restoration and they did an outstanding job!  I had some external siding panels fall off that needed to be repaired.  So, I placed my project on Thumbtack where they responded within 5 minutes. I was contacted by a representative named Kayla where we discussed my project in-depth before moving forward to the next step.  Kayla's communications on my project was the difference maker in my decision.  It was liking talking to a family member or friend of mine that gave me the comfortability to hire them over the others.  Once I hired them, Kayla worked it out where they came out the next day in the rain to fix and complete my project in one day.  They were efficient and effective and on time before the snow arrived.  I'm in Clinton, MD so the inclement weather is here.  I'm definitely using them in all my future external home projects.  Casey, one of the project managers, was just as friendly and professional.  I actually have no complaints about Featherfall Restoration, which is rare for me.  Give them a call and you won't be disappointed. Mike and Casey both of them are really good in terms of taking care of their customers. Mike takes care  of all the small details to make sure job done right. We talked once for couple of hours he noted down all the requirements of the job details that's all. After that Mike took care of everything and including all the small  details as well. I am very happy with Featherfall and recommend them for any roofing, siding or windows jobs...

Casey and Kayla came to investigate a roof leak for us. They did a fantastic job determining the root cause, taking photos and videos, and ruling out more serious (and expensive) problems. You'd be surprised how many contractors do not bother to get on the roof to see what's actually happening up there, so we especially appreciated this. Thank you...
