Outstanding all around! Customer Rep who came to home was amazing. Team who did the work were professional, proficient and nice. They made sure the floor was protected, parking lot clean and project was perfect. Project Manager even stopped by mid job to check up on team and see if I had questions. I know who I will be calling for my next project....

We'd been having a leak in our bathroom, so we went with Long Home. Everything was installed in one day. The installation crew was efficient, professional, quick, quiet, clean, and respectful. The Project Manager kept in contact with me before, during, and after. He also took care of my one issue (I wanted a curved shower rod instead of a straight one) quickly and at no additional cost.

We're very happy with our new bathtub/shower....

We love our new walk-in shower. The materials are great quality, the installation is fast. Jayden Taylor was wonderful, he explained all the details and expectations before we signed the contract. Joel and Oscar are great team. Very efficient and professional. They have a very good system and completed the work on time....

Wow 🤩 This was such a wonderful experience!! I cannot recommend Long Home showers and their installation team highly enough!! We are absolutely thrilled with our new walk in shower! They cleaned up behind themselves and left zero mess. We did have a scratch in the tinting on our front storm door from their team carrying out old materials during the renovation. We also had a chuck of drywall that got scrapped off during the installation. They sent a check to get the tinting on the dirt replaced and also sent out a wonderful member of their installation team, Alejandra, to fix our drywall!! She did an excellent job. What a truly professional service they offer and the result is just beautiful and easy to keep clean!!...
