Outstanding all around! Customer Rep who came to home was amazing. Team who did the work were professional, proficient and nice. They made sure the floor was protected, parking lot clean and project was perfect. Project Manager even stopped by mid job to check up on team and see if I had questions. Excellent company to deal with! From start to finish very professional and accommodating for my walk-in shower. Martin was lead and Albert assisted.  These guys were neat, respectful and worked with me to make sure everything was absolutely perfect before they left. Gina (Sales) was equally as awesome!  It wasn't cheap but ya get what you pay for.  Highly recommend this company...

Steve Smith and Mike Fulton were the Technicians came over to do the roof replacement evaluation for me.Their presentation was excellent.Long Home does business in multiple states so anyone who is looking to start any project related to your house should set up an appointment with them to discuss it with their knowledgeable Team. Consultation is free. They staff are well trained with excellent customer service skills...

We have only gone through the estimate and contract fazes but so far I am very pleased with the company. I will give a full review after installation in about 4 to 6 weeks.

So it is now April 3rd and our project was completed on March 30th. The team was very respectful, punctual, and did everything in a timely manner. They got to my house at roughly 9am and weredone by 4:30 pm. They tore everything out replaced subfloor and plumbing. Then they installed our new tub, the walls and the fixtures. Very professional crew. No mess was left behind. They cleaned everything. We had just had our floors done and they were respectful and put drop cloths down to protect our floors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has home improvement needs. We were told from the beginning that it would take like 4 weeks for materials and all so we were not surprised at the fact it took a little time. We were guaranteed that it would be a one day install and that's exactly what we got. I'm very pleased and love my new tub/shower...
