This particular service tech was very willing to listen to me; which is important to all consumers, we are more than customers. He finished the job to my satisfaction. I will definitely be contacting Stanley Steamer to clean my carpets again, thanks to the wonderful customer service that I received....

Eric and Grace were awesome! I never expected them to get the carpet and furniture so clean. I was sure it would still be somewhat stained, but it looks like new. They were pleasant and professional and efficient and were done in no time. Highly recommend them!...

These men were respectful and nice to work with. They did a real good job on my furniture, asking me what I thought and taking that into their consideration. I would definitely work with them again. They were thorough in their work!...
