The two technicians who showed up were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything they would do and provided the rationale for it regarding stains or difficult areas. They were efficient and got right to the task on hand and finished in no time at all.
My only concern is the lateness of the hour when they showed up (5:20p) which is in no way a reflection on them but the over zealous nature of business policies that overbook the schedule for how many jobs they can squeeze into the schedule. Which means that it will now take my carpet all night to dry.
Other than this I am happy with the service provided. Unfortunately I have no photos to add at the time of this post since the carpet is drying....

Randy and Brian were great. Very professional without being stiff. Worked diligently and were in and out pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend both of them. Before and after photos below. Thanks....

Jack and Sergio were very friendly and professional. They did a great job on the rug. Jack also gave me some ideas about how I could help the rug dry faster. My only recommendation is that the company should consider the window from noon to six to something shorter like noon to four or even noon to three. I think it’s unreasonable to expect someone to have to be home most of the day I know I know other companies which are providing services and delivering things like appliances have a smaller window I think it’s possible to make the change And still manage the other logistics....

I’m sorry I didn’t take a before photo! There was a massive stain from our dog that had been there for 2 years and previously stain removal methods hadn’t worked. We wanted to try one more time along with getting our sofa cleaned and boom! Gone! Jade our technician was so easy to work with too. Hopefully not major stains anytime soon but we’ll know who to call!...
