They all were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I needed a new roof and was in the process of looking for a good contractor. That was one job I hated because of the pressure and stress I’ve experienced in the past when needing major work done around the house. But, with this company THERE WAS NO PRESSURE!!! Emmanuel was the young man who came to my door, explained who he was, and who he worked for, and was very respectful of my time. I told him I was interested to see what they had to offer. Then came Ralph. Ralph was very pleasant, easygoing, and fun. He was informative, and knowledgeable, listened, and worked with us. We felt very comfortable around him. Have you ever agreed to a contract, but after they’d leave, you would start regretting it, and wonder if you did the right thing? You’d toss and turn throughout the night debating if you should cancel or keep it? That night, I slept like a baby. We were shown what materials would be used, how they worked, and what would be good, better, and best, for my dwelling. The pricing was what I expected, and I had a range of choices to choose from. What I didn’t expect was to be able to get a better deal that was within my price range. As the hubby and I discussed the options, prices, and financial positions, not once were we pressured or interrupted to make a decision. It was my hubby who, after careful discussion, brainstorming, viewing, and reviewing, said let’s go with the best. Then came the day for installation… I had a double layer of shingles that needed to be removed. After removal, it was found, I needed some wood replaced. AJ was the supervisor, and he kept us informed throughout the process. As the project progressed, he sent us pictures so we could see it for ourselves, or the reason for replacement, whatever the situation, we were informed. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very polite, and the crew worked efficiently, just like a team should. I have to say, that group of men worked very well together. Also, after the roof was done, the crew did their diligence to make sure everything was cleaned up. After the cleanup, AJ sat with us to close out everything and to make sure we were pleased with the job that was done. I highly recommend this company. Not once were we pressured into anything we didn’t want. We were informed throughout the project of how things were going. The whole crew was polite and respectful. From Emmanuel to Ralph, AJ, and the crew, all were there to serve you. In the future, for any exterior projects I have that need attention, I am calling these guys...“ Show more

I purchased my home 5 years ago and later discovered severe damage with weathering to my roof, effecting some main living spaces. I contacted Long home their team were very responsive and respectful. They allowed me to book as early as possible for an assessment. When the assessor came to my home Mr. William Flores, introduced himself, showed his cards and identification, explained briefly what happens next and proceeded to his vehicle to grab his equipment and began the process. When he returned inside the home I asked that he place shoe covers on to protect my small children and he agreed. We sat in my formal dining area and he pulled out his tablet presenting the photos he had taken of the roof and also of the ones inside that I had allowed him to take. He compared the materials, explaining everything in great detail. Mean while my son and daughter were amused at our guest and came to greet him and he spoke and played with them. Which was very good “bedside manners” he never lost focus on his task. He jumped right in and explained more product, comparable to the square footage of the roof and adjoining porch. He explained labor warranty and product warranty and the pro-rated clause of the warranty. He was very understanding of my inexperience with regards to roofing material and its many processes and didn’t have a problem with over-explaining the process to me. He conducted a survey very intentional and personal about what my goals were and he proved how the company has grown since 1945, and still leading in technology, development and innovation. He really stressed the importance of customer satisfaction and how involved the customer is allowed to be during the process. His people skills and knowledge of the company was stellar. I really appreciate and admire his dedication and commitment to take time out of his evening to meet me after I got off from work on this rainy August 2024, evening.
