We called Horizon and scheduled a tech to come the next day. Our tech, Shawn, arrived the next day exactly when expected (they provide live tracking so you aren’t surprised!). He was kind and knowledgeable. He checked out our system, which expertly has mold or mildew growth in it (it was 38 years old!!). We decided it was time to replace (obviously), so Shawn called his people and scheduled a consultant to come to our house the same day to look at our space and go over all the options. Todd arrived about an hour later and spent almost 3 hours with us, making sure we understood every option - both for systems and financing. He didn’t leave until he was sure we felt secure with this big decision, and even called me back at 8:30pm to go over one more question. He also scheduled our replacement for the very next day! The next morning our team of three arrived promptly (Adrien, Gianfranco, and I feel terrible that I can’t remember the third person’s name!!) They were traveling over two hours in rush hour traffic from a different region and were extremely apologetic for getting here just 15 minutes later than planned. They explained everything they’d be doing, placed protective carpets and drop cloths down to protect my home, and got right to work. They worked ALL DAY. At one point one necessary part or tool was missing and they were able to call in and have someone come drop it off within the hour. In the meantime they shifted to something else so they didn’t lose any time. All three techs were kind, respectful, friendly, and efficient! They explained what they were doing, gave frequent updates, and got all the work done without having to disturb any part of our home. Our consultant has suggested they may have to cut and access hole on part of our ceiling, but they were able to make it work without doing that. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up so well that you’d never know anyone had been there. The new system is a dream compared to our old one and the house immediately felt cooler and cleaner! This was the biggest purchase my husband and I have ever made and we’d been dreading it since we moved into this house with such an old system, but Horizon made the process so seamless and stress free!...“ Show more
