We just had our townhouse roof and gutters replaced, and we are so glad we chose Eastern Exteriors. Dylan was incredible to work with! From our first conversation through the completion of the project, he was friendly, honest, responsive, and made sure we understood every step of the process.
He checked in regularly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. The crew did an excellent job, worked efficiently, and left our property spotless when they were finished.
Our new roof and gutters look amazing, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. It's hard to find contractors who are this professional and genuinely care about their customers. Eastern, Kyle & Dylan were very helpful in repairing my flat commercial roof on a historic building in downtown Frederick. I finally decided it was time for a full roof replacement and I reached out to Kyle at Eastern Exteriors, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first call, everything was smooth. Kyle was incredibly patient, answered every single question I had, and never made me feel rushed even when I delayed and changed my mind on the shingle colors.

The crew was outstanding as they came the day before to drop off all the roof materials so there was no delay. They showed up at 6:30 a.m. on a cold morning and worked until the job was done that same day. They covered my deck, and outdoor furniture with tarps to protect everything.

Cleanup was impeccable as I didn’t find a single nail or debris afterward. It’s been almost a month now and the new roof looks amazing....

I recently had my entire root replaced by Eastern Exteriors, and I can honestly say it was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had.
From the first phone call, the team was responsive, professional, and took the time to walk me through every option without any high-pressure sales tactics. Their estimator came out the next day, gave a clear, detailed quote with no hidden fees, and even pointed out a couple of minor issues on the siding that needed attention before the roof work began.
The crew arrived exactly on time, worked quickly but carefully, and treated my property like it was their own. They used high-quality materials | went with architectural shingles and upgraded underlayment), cleaned up every single nail and scrap at the end of each day, and left the yard spotless. The foreman kept me updated throughout the day, explained what they were doing, and answered all my questions patiently.
The finished roof looks fantastic—clean lines perfect valleys and flashing,  and it already survived a heavy rainstorm with
zero leaks. My energy bills have noticeably dropped too, which was a nice bonus.
If you're looking for honest, skilled, and reliable roofers who stand behind their work with a strong warranty, I highly recommend Kyle and his team. They earned every one of these 5 stars and then some.
Would use them again in a heartbeat and have already referred them to two neighbors and family....
