We recently had ARCH Exteriors replace 28 windows in our home, and we are thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was professional and seamless. Our  24 year old builder grade windows were NOT energy efficient. Our sales representative, Sam, was incredibly knowledgeable and listened carefully to our needs without any pressure. They explained the different window options and helped us select the vinyl double-hung windows from Home guard industries. The office staff kept us well-informed throughout the process, providing clear updates on when our windows would arrive and confirming the installation date. The installation team,  lead by Jake, arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They were courteous, respectful of our home, and did a great job cleaning up the job except for some debris in a portion of our gutters. Gary was able to come out and clear the debris. Jake meticulously cleaned  our windows. The new windows look beautiful and have already made a noticeable difference in  outside noise, thermal performance and overall functionality. We are very impressed with the quality of the windows. We highly recommend ARCH Exteriors for anyone needing new window installations...

I called Arch Exteriors because of the excellent reviews I read and that they are a smaller company that has remained very competitive in their pricing. I was absolutely “blown away” by their , all too rare, personal customer service and the top quality of their work. I replaced an old, drafty sliding glass door in my kitchen. I elected to replace the door with a door that has a wood look on the interior. Arch Exteriors also replaced and stained to match the entire frame around this door.(picture below). My finished door is truly gorgeous, slides so smoothly, and my kitchen is significantly warmer now without my old drafty door.
Arch Exteriors also replaced the exterior  peeling wood on the outside bottom of the bay window in my dining room. This completed project is better than I had ever expected. They framed the entire area and covered it in vinyl siding so it is virtually maintenance free.( picture below)
Arch also repaired a column on my front porch that a woodpecker had attacked. They then altered my second column so the two would still match.
Safe to say, I would not hesitate to recommend Arch Exteriors to anyone looking to repair or replace any door, window or actually, any contracting needs...

I couldn’t be more impressed with the incredible work ARCH Exteriors did on building my new deck! From start to finish, their professionalism, organization, and craftsmanship were outstanding. What truly amazed me was that they completed the entire build in an astonishing two days — without cutting corners and while maintaining top-tier quality.

They handled everything seamlessly, including coordinating and passing all required city inspections, which gave me total peace of mind. The crew was punctual, respectful, and clearly experienced. The finished deck looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built.

If you’re looking for a company that delivers quality, efficiency, and professionalism, I highly recommend ARCH Exteriors. They exceeded my expectations in every way...

Jake, Sam, Gary and the entire company did a great job communicating throughout the process. They were patient and thoughtful when challenges were faced with other contractors, permitting, etc. They demolished and rebuilt our front porch and replaced an old porch door with a large window. The outcome was excellent, highly recommend...
