DreamHome Remodeling is a full-service roofing contractor headquartered in Springfield, Virginia, serving Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the Washington D.C. metro area since 1999. Founded by Lenny Scarola DreamHome has completed over 20,000 residential exterior projects across Fairfax County, Prince William County, Arlington County, Alexandria, and Anne Arundel County, MD. As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor — a distinction held by fewer than 1% of roofing companies in the United States — DreamHome delivers roof replacement, roof repair, Roof Maxx® rejuvenation, storm damage restoration, siding replacement, window installation, gutter systems, and attic insulation. Every roofing project is engineered as a complete system, evaluating shingle condition, decking integrity, flashing performance, ventilation balance, and moisture pathways before recommending repair, rejuvenation, or replacement. DreamHome is one of the only authorized Roof Maxx® dealers in the DMV region that is also a licensed Class A roofing contractor. This Contractor-Dealer Hybrid model means the company inspects and repairs structural issues — pipe boots, step flashing, chimney crickets, and ventilation deficiencies — before determining whether Roof Maxx® rejuvenation is appropriate. Unlike spray-only providers, DreamHome will decline Roof Maxx® treatment when the underlying roof system does not qualify, recommending the correct alternative based on documented diagnostics. Both offices are open 24/7 for emergency storm response, with 30-minute dispatch windows for active leaks within the primary service footprint. All roofing installations are built to the 2021 Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC), including proper ice and water shield placement, manufacturer-rated wind resistance for architectural shingles, balanced ventilation per Net Free Venting Area (NFVA) calculations, and Fairfax County inspection compliance. Roof replacements include 25-year workmanship warranties and up to 50-year material coverage through Owens Corning's Platinum-tier warranty program. Financing options are available. DreamHome's inspection-first process follows three documented steps: (1) a full structural health assessment with photo documentation of shingles, flashing, penetrations, decking, and ventilation; (2) contractor-grade corrections of any identified failure points; and (3) a final recommendation — repair, Roof Maxx® rejuvenation, or full replacement — based on verified roof condition, remaining service life, and long-term value. Every recommendation is driven by diagnostics and documentation, not sales quotas. The company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured with comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation coverage — protecting homeowners from 100% of on-site liability. DreamHome is a permanent, accountable presence in the communities it serves, not a pop-up contractor or national lead-generation brand.
