"We recently had ARCH Exteriors replace 28 windows in our home, and we are thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was professional and seamless. Our 24 year old builder grade windows were NOT energy efficient. Our sales representative, Sam, was incredibly knowledgeable and listened carefully to our needs without any pressure. They explained the different window options and helped us select the vinyl double-hung windows from Home guard industries. The office staff kept us well-informed throughout the process, providing clear updates on when our windows would arrive and confirming the installation date. The installation team, lead by Jake, arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They were courteous, respectful of our home, and did a great job cleaning up the job except for some debris in a portion of our gutters. Gary was able to come out and clear the debris. Jake meticulously cleaned our windows. The new windows look beautiful and have already made a noticeable difference in outside noise, thermal performance and overall functionality. "I called Arch Exteriors because of the excellent reviews I read and that they are a smaller company that has remained very competitive in their pricing. I was absolutely “blown away” by their , all too rare, personal customer service and the top quality of their work. I replaced an old, drafty sliding glass door in my kitchen. I elected to replace the door with a door that has a wood look on the interior. Arch Exteriors also replaced and stained to match the entire frame around this door.(picture below). My finished door is truly gorgeous, slides so smoothly, and my kitchen is significantly warmer now without my old drafty door. Arch Exteriors also replaced the exterior peeling wood on the outside bottom of the bay window in my dining room. This completed project is better than I had ever expected. They framed the entire area and covered it in vinyl siding so it is virtually maintenance free.( picture below) Arch also repaired a column on my front porch that a woodpecker had attacked. They then altered my second column so the two would still match. Safe to say, I would not hesitate to recommend Arch Exteriors to anyone looking to repair or replace any door, window or actually, any contracting needs."

"I always give time for a product settle and to be in my possession while doing what its purpose was intended so I waited over a month before submitting my review. After purchasing my ProVia windows,I was contacted to review measurements and given a timeline for installation. Everything was as explained and installation was on point. They arrived on time with little to no interruption to my life other than being available, installation, clean-up and explanation of all features such as the different mechanisms for opening, closing and washing of the windows. Rain has been a constantly for much of June giving me an opportunity to observe how the windows performed when water was coming from all directions. Nice job. Windows were open and closed to let in fresh air. No problem. They were secure and functional. The price was fair and they were willing to work with u about Ur concerns and finances available.
