Frederick Air was able to get to my home almost immediately and worked with me on a time window. Justin was the technician and arrived early in the time window I was given. He was very thorough explaining the problem with my AC unit and provided a legitimate range of solutions to fix it. He also took a look at the furnace and pointed out some serious issues with it, which, for a 22 year old system, were good to know for both operation and safety issues. He took the time to explain the cost for today's visit, what to expect for the repair estimates and also set up the next appointment before he left. Overall a very positive experience...
