"I live in a townhouse and was due for a new roof, gutters,shutters and siding due to storm damage. I contacted Tycos Roofing and Siding by reading their reviews I chose them. They had 5 stars and customers had nothing but excellent things to say. Now, I am one of those customers! In the beginning I was working with Sergio who explained everything to me, set up for estimate of work, he was patient with me for constant questions, work with you with pricing options, working with my insurance, he stayed in contact with them and me and reaching out and he was very professional. Once project was being started I was assigned a project manager who was Elijah and his crew of workers. Elijah was also very professional he also was patient with me and my questions and explaining how the process was going to go and he checked in frequently while crew was working and checking making sure they were doing a good job. When I tell you the amazing work they did! I don't even think the crew members took a lunch break. They showed up early in the morning and worked through. They were professional as well, they cleaned up well left nothing behind and due to I live in a townhouse, any debris that went on my neighbor's side they cleaned up as well. I highly recommend. "They were awesome start to finish. Had wind damage and went to Angie's List. Within 90 minutes someone was nailing my siding back on. Josue also saw that we lost some shingles off of the roof. He worked with the insurance company and the borough to get everything taken care of. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Clayton got everything scheduled and made sure to keep us in the loop with any changes or updates. Elijah, as the project manager, did an amazing job keeping us up to date as the work progressed making sure he checked in with us several times a day. "Frank and his team are the absolute best!! I noticed a leak in my rood a day prior to contacting Frank and with the cold weather so near we were extremely worried . Frank and his team were extremely professional and efficient in helping me understand the process, discussing what needs to get done and updating me throughout the process. They were able to get it done in just two days and started immediately. Of course when we unraveled the roof , the unexpected occurred. Frank and his team had to remove all the shingles and all the plywood that as you can see in the photo was damaged. He was very understanding and made me comfortable throughout the whole process. I was very impressed with their work and was stress free throughout the whole process because of Frank and his team. They cleaned up after themselves and the result of my roof was outstanding. "We have an 1845 farmhouse and barns. We have been restoring the buildings and property. We have used several contractors in the area. Steve and Pine Tree Exteriors from Gap started by removing steps off a front porch for us, and then added gutters on the house and barn, replaced the metal roofs on both barns. They trimmed with cedar and repaired the barn windows and replaced the beams to support the bank barn overhang. Their work is exceptional quality and affordably priced.
