Abbott Brothers Plumbing & Heating of Maryland

I had an aging water heater that started to leak and knew it was time for a replacement. I reached out to Abbott for a free estimate online. Within an hour Mike reached out to me and was able to give me an estimate for work to be done. I told him I would still get another estimate or two for my sake, he was very understanding about it. After checking around, Abbott had the best pricing and best warranty. I reached back out to Mike to continue with the estimate and was able to schedule next day. Next day, Dalton and one other gentleman came and were able to swap my out WH out with a new one with no problem. Excellent service all around and definitely recommend them...

What can I say about Abbot’s plumbing to do them justice, but I will try. I had a sewage blockage in my rental property and the tenant could not use water in the house. I called Roto Rooter to come clean the sewer line and they charged $2100 to just do a cleaning. Mike was able to get someone to do that same job for a much fair price. Upon inspection, they realized the line had roots in it and had to be replaced. They kept me involved in every step in the process and were able to fix the problem in what I can only say a record turn around. The tenant was extremely pleased and so was it. Thanks for Mike and the guys for Abbot. 10/10 would recommend and will be using for every future plumbing need. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a call...

Excellent response and service! Phoned Abbott Brothers SAT evening for sump pump not working. The technician, Dalton Blackburn, was on site early SUN morning as promised. He promptly found the problem and replaced the pump thus averting potential basement flooding. The company voluntarily offered and provided ways to save us money. Dalton was very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the pleasant experience and excellent service. I definitely recommend Abbot Brothers...

Finding a good plumber is like finding hens' teeth. You never know what you are going to get, and if they are bad, it is too late. I found Abbott Brothers by accident and have used them for a massively clogged drain, installation of a new hose bib and replacement of a hot water heater. Each service call was met with professionalism and outstanding customer service from the people that came to my home. (Even the boss visited twice, once with an apprentice, and it was like watching a master teach a class. He was firm, funny, encouraging and never dismissive to the apprentice.) Abbott Brothers is not the cheapest in town. They are not the most expensive either. While their prices are "middle of the road," their service is top notch and well worth the money...
