Reliable: Waris and Daoud have a wonderful team. They arrive every day (6 days/week) on time and work diligently the entire day. 2. Excellent pricing and product selection: Waris and Daoud give excellent quotes on their work and make great suggestions on the best way to improve your project. They are honest and will let you know of any changes needed or if problems have been uncovered. Their suggestions for solutions are always helpful and reasonable. And the ability to go to their showroom to pick all your products is a huge benefit! 3. Quality workers: the guys all work for WISA. No subcontractors! Demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and tiling is all done by WISA workers. And some of the crew are the same guys that worked on my home from 2013! They have a supervisor on site and the manager visits daily plus the owners come by frequently to check on the project. Everyone is friendly, respectful and professional. Communication is excellent! 4. CLEAN! They prepare your home, place plastic and wrap/move furniture to minimize dust and prevent damage. Plus they clean the worksite daily. 5. Dependable and trustworthy: I know this team and have trusted them without any reservations. Had a lockbox on the house and even went on vacation during projects without hesitation. And the work is completed within the timeline! We discussed any additional work (either unforeseen or my request) and pricing and timeline. All done to my complete satisfaction. 6. Excellent results: my house is always better than I imagined. The carpentry and tile work is stunning! Design is beautiful and functional. I’m thrilled with my home 7. Excellent customer service! Waris and Daoud are available immediately to discuss anything! Their design staff also are accessible. My designer, Kate, emailed, called and stopped by throughout the process. From the young man who first knocked on my door, to the salesman who came to the house, to the crew that got the project going, and the supervisor who helped with finishing up the paperwork. They all were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I needed a new roof and was in the process of looking for a good contractor. That was one job I hated because of the pressure and stress I’ve experienced in the past when needing major work done around the house. But, with this company THERE WAS NO PRESSURE!!! Emmanuel was the young man who came to my door, explained who he was, and who he worked for, and was very respectful of my time. I told him I was interested to see what they had to offer. Then came Ralph. Ralph was very pleasant, easygoing, and fun. He was informative, and knowledgeable, listened, and worked with us. We felt very comfortable around him. Have you ever agreed to a contract, but after they’d leave, you would start regretting it, and wonder if you did the right thing? You’d toss and turn throughout the night debating if you should cancel or keep it? That night, I slept like a baby. We were shown what materials would be used, how they worked, and what would be good, better, and best, for my dwelling. The pricing was what I expected, and I had a range of choices to choose from. What I didn’t expect was to be able to get a better deal that was within my price range. As the hubby and I discussed the options, prices, and financial positions, not once were we pressured or interrupted to make a decision. It was my hubby who, after careful discussion, brainstorming, viewing, and reviewing, said let’s go with the best. Then came the day for installation… I had a double layer of shingles that needed to be removed. After removal, it was found, I needed some wood replaced. AJ was the supervisor, and he kept us informed throughout the process. As the project progressed, he sent us pictures so we could see it for ourselves, or the reason for replacement, whatever the situation, we were informed. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very polite, and the crew worked efficiently, just like a team should. I have to say, that group of men worked very well together. Also, after the roof was done, the crew did their diligence to make sure everything was cleaned up. After the cleanup, AJ sat with us to close out everything and to make sure we were pleased with the job that was done. I highly recommend this company. Not once were we pressured into anything we didn’t want. We were informed throughout the project of how things were going. The whole crew was polite and respectful.
