Honestly we cant say enough about this company from day one, they were professional, reliable and assuring from what was a stressful situation. The process was smooth Matt came out for a quote that we felt was reasonable for the work needed to be done and the crew that came out to do the work were great. The process from initial visit with Matt through roof installation on the house and shed with project manager Seth was exceptional.  The roofing team were fantastic.  The team took great care to protect our property (including the active robin nest in a bush) from any kind of damage during the stripping process.  They kept me informed throughout the process. My wife and I met Matt at the Western MA Home Show this past weekend when we stopped by the NextGen booth.  He we very personable and helpful with all of our questions and he was able to fit us in for an initial inspection and review of our roofing needs within a week.

On our scheduled appointment Matt arrived promptly and we did a walk around of the house taking pictures from various angles.  I explained my limited history with the house, purchasing it only a few years ago.  We completed the walk though in the attic with Matt taking his time to explain what he did see , and more importantly, did not see during the walk though.  During our walk though Matt explained that his crystal ball was low on batteries which helped to convey his no nonsense, no BS approach to my questions with a charming bit of humor.

We sat down at the table and he explained all of my options in detail in easy to understand terms.  He was not pushy and did not attempt any hard sell presentations.  Just the facts and he provided my wife and I with information to digest and discuss.  Upon his leaving he reiterated they were right down the street and should anything pop up in our discussions that we should not hesitate to reach out with any additional questions.

While this is only the first step in our journey for a new roof, if Matt is any representation of the rest of the company and our anticipated experience, NextGen will definitely be on the top of our list to take care of our home with a new roof.
