Honestly we cant say enough about this company from day one, they were professional, reliable and assuring from what was a stressful situation. The process was smooth Matt came out for a quote that we felt was reasonable for the work needed to be done and the crew that came out to do the work were great. The process from initial visit with Matt through roof installation on the house and shed with project manager Seth was exceptional.  The roofing team were fantastic.  The team took great care to protect our property (including the active robin nest in a bush) from any kind of damage during the stripping process.  They kept me informed throughout the process. NextGen did an extensive amount of residential work for us five years ago: roofing, siding, windows and a large new deck after a teardown of the old one. Through the entire process they were a joy to deal with, and responsive to our every concern. And ever since, if I have an issue with any of the work that was done I reach out to their leadership, Rene Gauthier and Brian Vigneault, and they see that the issue is taken care of promptly and skillfully. I called yesterday with a minor issue with our roof - spoke to Virginia, who was exceedingly polite and helpful, and was able to schedule a visit today. Matt arrived promptly as scheduled, quickly found what was wrong and performed a quick repair. Great job - very thorough and friendly. One of the better customer service experiences I’ve had recently. When the time comes to replace our roof, I’ll know who to call...
