"We had a great experience working with Steve and his team to replace our roof and skylights. They were a referral from a neighbor, and we will in turn refer others to Stella. The work seems to have been done well (though I don't really know exactly how to evaluate that), but there are a few other things I do know: (1) Communication was efficient and easy, and everything was directly with Steve—the owner—who was always responsive by email, by text, by phone, or in person as needed. (2) Pricing was good, comparing across quotes from several roofers. (3) There was no pushy sales tactics; Steve gave us lots of information we asked for about shingle options and skylight options, but never pushed us either to make more expensive choices or to make decisions quickly. "We hired Can Roof Construction in order to have a 12' x 20' second story deck built as an attachment to our house. Nate came by to give us a quote and immediately we had a good feeling about him; he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and above all he was kind. Communication was also top notch which is hard to find these days; he would always answer texts, calls and emails promptly and made sure all questions were answered thoroughly. Upon signing the contract Rocky and crew showed up on time every day and worked rigorously until the evening. They were fast, but also meticulous, and made sure not to leave any messes before they left for the day. They always had a smile on their faces whenever we came out to chat and took the time to have conversations with us regarding the project. Halfway through the project we took an out of country trip, however, the crew remained working just as diligently in order to get the deck done for us. After a short two and a half weeks (there were a few days they could not come by due to inclement weather) they were finished! "Absolutely Fabulous Roof Replacement Recently had Precision Roofing replace our long neglected, deteriorated roof and gutters. From start to finish, the whole process was very smooth. Craig came to our house to meet with us and explained everything in the replacement process. What to expect, what they might encounter and how to prepare for them. He drew up a well detailed estimate for everything including with a worse case scenario. We knew exactly what we might need. Proceeded to move forward in the repairs. Picked out the right combination of colors that would work best and promptly received a call letting us know they were ready to start in a few days. Not weeks. Day of installation arrives, Lance and crew arrive bright and early in the morning. Ready to go !!! Very carefully laying out tarps for material removal. Old roof off in no time. Quick work. Noticed a few weak boards that needed replacing and the laying down new material. Amazed at how much time and effort they took to get this done correctly. "I had a Fed Ex truck back into the overhang above my garage door and damage my vinyl siding and metal corner bead, I called Above Brothers construction and Alex responded promptly and came out within a day and gave me a very reasonable estimate compared to other ones I had received so I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed and within a day or two Danny I think his name was came out and did the great repair in a couple of hours and even went over my driveway with a magnet to make sure he didn't miss any nails he may have dropped, all in all a job well done, and after reading all these fantastic roofing reviews and my vinyl siding repair experience I asked Alex to give me a new roof estimate which I received back within a day so stay tuned for that review."
