I had a lot of underlying damage that required replacement of much of the roof structure.. We hired Exterior Home Services to replace our roof, all windows and siding. Everything was completed on time and it's all perfect. Every call and text was answered in a reasonable time frame. I had so so many questions and was never made to feel rushed or as if any were insignificant. Five months after the jobs were completed we noticed a very minor problem. When we contacted Exterior they sent a crew out in just a few days and fixed the issue. For me, that speaks volumes about a company's commitment to its customers...
