The workmen were also extremely professional, diligent, hard-working (anytime I went into the area they were working downstairs to bring coffee or food they were working so aggressively). They did a floor in my basement as well as a bathroom on the same level. The work came out absolutely beautiful. I had told the tile man he must be an absolute perfectionist as the tile work was the best I've ever seen! Flashing had been improperly installed by prior contractor.He showed me photos, explained everything and provided estimate the same day. All work was completed in a very timely fashion. Praying for no more leaking so will await next storm but feel confident that job was done correctly. We did not have anyone else look at it so unsure what price range generally would be. I just wanted it fixed and it’s now done."
