J M says: „I contacted a handful of roofing companies for quotes as the roof on my house was in need of replacement Nick Tracey Roofing was one of five companies that I requested a quote from. After filling out the form online, I was contacted via email and given options for a representative to meet with me for quote. Nick arrived promptly at the scheduled time and proceeded to inspect the roof. What stood out to me was Nick’s thoroughness, his ability to answer my questions, and his polished presentation. Nick did a roof, skylight, and attic inspection, which I also accompanied him on for my own knowledge. Following the inspection, he provided me with paperwork and color samples for me to choose from. He also showed and explained to me the difference with all the materials which would be used for the roof installation for each of the options they offer. In addition, he outline the whole process of what would happen beginning to end. After talking it over the next day, my wife and I decided to proceed with the installation. I was contacted by Emily, via email, to let me know a date for the project and when the materials would be delivered. The day prior to the installation, a dumpster, porta-john, and the materials were delivered. Emily contacted me again to make sure everything had been delivered and that the color of the shingles were correct. The next morning, Bruce, one of the project managers arrived and discussed what would be happening. After the crew arrived, and started, I was able to keep in touch with Bruce regarding any questions or concerns that I had. I also had five skylights being replaced, Bruce explained how that process would be done as well. We had an old pipe vent, as well as gutters on the house that I wanted removed, Bruce saw to that and his attention to detail was evident. Angel, the other project manager on site, was very helpful as well. During the installation of the skylights, he lined up everything on the inside of the house and showed me how the solar option worked. In addition, he provided me pictures and updates on the project as the day carried on. Bruce contacted me later in the afternoon and advised that they would be back in the morning to button up the remainder of the roof as well as doing the final clean up. The following morning, everyone was on site at 0730 finishing up. The project was wrapped up late morning with the final cleanup being completed as well. The cleanup was to the point you couldn't even tell anyone had been there installing a new roof. I did a walk around with Bruce and was very pleased with the outcome. The roof looked phenomenal and the five new skylights really brightened everything up. The next day the the dumpster and porta-john were removed as Bruce said they would be. Customer service from beginning to end was excellent and I have still been able to message Bruce with any questions or concerns that I have. samantha tran says: „We hired Can Roof Construction in order to have a 12' x 20' second story deck built as an attachment to our house. Nate came by to give us a quote and immediately we had a good feeling about him; he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and above all he was kind. Communication was also top notch which is hard to find these days; he would always answer texts, calls and emails promptly and made sure all questions were answered thoroughly. Upon signing the contract Rocky and crew showed up on time every day and worked rigorously until the evening. They were fast, but also meticulous, and made sure not to leave any messes before they left for the day. They always had a smile on their faces whenever we came out to chat and took the time to have conversations with us regarding the project. Halfway through the project we took an out of country trip, however, the crew remained working just as diligently in order to get the deck done for us. Nate made sure to stay in touch while we were away regarding the team's progress and made sure we had nothing to worry about. After a short two and a half weeks (there were a few days they could not come by due to inclement weather) they were finished! The end product was beyond our expectations--they did an absolutely amazing job and made sure everything was cleah, cohesive and most importantly safe for us and our family. The inspector came by upon completion and gave us a thumbs up; he told us the contractors did a great job with the building of the deck. It has been a couple weeks that we've been able to use the deck with the remaining decent weather we will be getting for the remainder of the year and it has been very enjoyable thanks to Can Roof Construction. Thanks to them we can enjoy a cup of coffee wrapped in sweaters and blankets on our adirondack chairs before work, we can have big family dinners for special occasions as the sun sets, and we now have a place for our dogs to run around freely without worrying about them getting into mischief. I highly recommend going with this company if you are looking to have a deck built for your home; I'm glad I did and you will be too!
