I highly recommend Briggs for your heat pump installation. Tony, our project manager, was very responsive and communicative and willing to think through ideas with us. Corey who led the install team was very knowledgeable and also willing to think through ideas with us. I really appreciated that he made sure to check on placement decisions before the individual unit installs. The team was very neat both with the piping and wiring and about the job site. Chris who came out for the initial quote and the final inspection is also great to work with- very friendly and easy to communicate with. He was made sure we got the available rebates/incentives for the new system. We did not need to do any of that work ourselves which was invaluable. All in all, I would recommend them to any of my friends or family looking to upgrade their HVAC system...

Needed to upgrade my AC/Heat system in my house and decided we wanted a Heat Pump System. Called a couple contractors they either never called back or said they could get out there and have a look at it in the next 60 days to give an estimate. When I called and spoke with Mike at Briggs, he was out within a week and got me a quote right away. Very professional in every way. Decided to go with them and could not be happier with the results. Once we signed paperwork their project manager Tony, (great guy and very informative) came out to evaluate the job and got us in the schedule. When the install team came they were very professional, put down drop cloths everywhere they were going to be and vacuumed up any debris that may have fallen from the attic at the end of the day (Blown in insulation). My wife was very impressed at how clean they kept the house. The project took 2 days to complete and could not be happier with the results. The beauty is, they did every aspect of the job. They have an in-house electrician so I did not have to rely on a sub contractor doing another part of the job. Mike came out a few days later to go over the project with us, give us a binder with all manuals etc and had already registered the system with Trane for the warranty. Highly recommend if you are in need of a great HVAC contractor...

The installation crew was great, extremely polite, vacuumed up each room after install, and always asking if we had any questions. They confirmed all locations prior to starting, heat pump and 6 head units. The team helped walk through the rebate and HeatLoan process. They made it straight forward and easy to take advantage of all savings available. They also provided a binder with all warranty and product manuals, very nice! I would recommend them to any of my friends or family looking to upgrade their HVAC system...

We are extremely happy with our experience with Briggs Heating and Air Conditioning! We had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed with 2 split units in the upstairs bedrooms. These units are saving us on oil, the workmanship was impeccable! The staff was all wonderful! Mike and Terry went above and beyond to help us . The service staff was on time, polite, and very neat. I can not say enough good things about Briggs and would highly recommend this company! Deb & Pete...
