Amazing!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Irvin was incredibly thorough, and capable. He spent the time needed to do a great job on my long overdue 15 yr old units (3). Despite hiring other random service companies, they were FILTHY, showing signs of corrosion and neglect. He had a clear interest in making sure I understood where I had issues, while it wasn’t a surprise, he gave a great amount of detail to help me understand why I would’ve inevitably expect them to need repairs. He then went out of his way too, to help accommodate my busy schedule by proactively setting up my next appointment to get a quote on replacement units. I truly wish every service company I work with had an Irvin. This company can add great hiring as well as excellent customer service to their credentials. Very worthy of a glowing review. Hoping the next (probably pretty expensive) round goes as well!...

I was very pleased with the routine maintenance service provided by Green Energy technician, James, last week. He arrived during the promised time window and was very cordial and professional. I had some questions about my heat pump/AC system that were beyond the scope of the scheduled maintenance visit. Nevertheless, after he completed the maintenance, and before he left, James researched my questions and answered them. In summary, the tech arrived on time, he was polite and knowledgeable, completed the work he came to do, and went above and beyond. I'm pleased with Green Energy, and James, and highly recommend them...

Tom did an amazing job fixing our tankless heater issue. He walked us through his process and was more than willing to explain what he was doing to our very curious toddler. Tom from Green Energy is hands-down the best, friendliest, most knowledgeable tech I have ever encountered. He was quick to demonstrate true expertise and diagnose the problem with our Navien tankless hot water heater, and truly went above and beyond in every way, specifically ensuring we had hot water while we waited for a replacement part and even creating a custom fix at the intake for a unique moisture situation. I will be calling Green Energy again in the future for servicing needs and certainly asking for Tom...
