He assessed where the problem was (a nail had separated from the shingle) and proceeded to seal the area and secure the shingle. When I asked “how much for your service call”?, he told me the office would contact me. They did contact me to tell me no charges and perhaps consider them for any roofing issues. Super nice folks!"
