Jose and his team are truly exceptional. My husband and I bought our first home one year ago, and have hired ECC for three projects now. Being first-time home buyers in this economy, our house has come with numerous projects. Right from when we first moved in, our laminate flooring was bubbling and snapping boards due to the excessive heat and improper installation. After getting numerous quotes that were far out of our price range, and contractors telling me that this was a sign of much deeper issues that would cost me thousands, my husband and I were ready to rip up the boards ourselves and DIY. Thankfully, we called Jose! He gave us a clear explanation of what the issue was, a low price to reinstall the affected areas, and had someone out in less than a week to do the job. Nearly a year later (and plenty of excessively hot and humid days) and our floor is still perfect! Since then, we have had him out for two more jobs and our experience has been consistent - low price, and exceptional quality. And, on top of it all, Jose is a genuinely kind person that makes dealing with a stressful project much easier. We have now used Exponential Construction two times and both experiences have exceeded expectations. 1) Our first project was to repair significant water damage that had occurred on our personal house over many years do to a badly designed second floor deck. Jose and his team were professional on their assessment and quote for the work. Once hired, the team was working long hours getting the necessary repairs in place to prevent any further damage. The completed work was phenomenal and our house looks better than it ever has. Entire experience working with the team was great. 2) A year or so later we needed work performed on a rental property that we owned. We never hesitated to give Jose and team a call again. The team showed up on schedule and completed the work ahead of our expectations. The entire apartment was updated include all new floors, remodeled bathroom and new painting across the entire apartment.
