Malachi Hicks says: „I contacted a handful of roofing companies for quotes as the roof on my house was in need of replacement Nick Tracey Roofing was one of five companies that I requested a quote from. After filling out the form online, I was contacted via email and given options for a representative to meet with me for quote. Nick arrived promptly at the scheduled time and proceeded to inspect the roof. What stood out to me was Nick’s thoroughness, his ability to answer my questions, and his polished presentation. Nick did a roof, skylight, and attic inspection, which I also accompanied him on for my own knowledge. Following the inspection, he provided me with paperwork and color samples for me to choose from. He also showed and explained to me the difference with all the materials which would be used for the roof installation for each of the options they offer. In addition, he outline the whole process of what would happen beginning to end. After talking it over the next day, my wife and I decided to proceed with the installation. I was contacted by Emily, via email, to let me know a date for the project and when the materials would be delivered. The day prior to the installation, a dumpster, porta-john, and the materials were delivered. Emily contacted me again to make sure everything had been delivered and that the color of the shingles were correct. The next morning, Bruce, one of the project managers arrived and discussed what would be happening. After the crew arrived, and started, I was able to keep in touch with Bruce regarding any questions or concerns that I had. I also had five skylights being replaced, Bruce explained how that process would be done as well. We had an old pipe vent, as well as gutters on the house that I wanted removed, Bruce saw to that and his attention to detail was evident. Angel, the other project manager on site, was very helpful as well. During the installation of the skylights, he lined up everything on the inside of the house and showed me how the solar option worked. In addition, he provided me pictures and updates on the project as the day carried on. Bruce contacted me later in the afternoon and advised that they would be back in the morning to button up the remainder of the roof as well as doing the final clean up. The following morning, everyone was on site at 0730 finishing up. The project was wrapped up late morning with the final cleanup being completed as well. The cleanup was to the point you couldn't even tell anyone had been there installing a new roof. I did a walk around with Bruce and was very pleased with the outcome. The roof looked phenomenal and the five new skylights really brightened everything up. The next day the the dumpster and porta-john were removed as Bruce said they would be. Customer service from beginning to end was excellent and I have still been able to message Bruce with any questions or concerns that I have.
