Had a 240V outlet installed for my new plug in vehicle. Joseph Green and his partner showed up on time and got right to work. The both of them were super nice and answered any questions I had. They put the outlet exactly where I wanted it. The weather was 90+ degrees today but they didn't complain and continued with the job to completion. They both did a great job on the project!! I’ve had a series of visits and jobs completed by Cranney within a 2-week timeframe. I typically require two things - communication, and transparency in fees. The $15/mo Value Plan has saved me a lot of stress and mental energy given surprise headaches that can come up with an old home, which meant a huge return on investment, especially paired with financing options. Most techs were approachable and thorough in walking me through both the work and the equipment for my future knowledge. Everyone I talk to on the phone to coordinate visits and pricing have been friendly and efficient - from Dominique, to Krystal, to Alicia, to Michelle, Courtney, Lauren, and Leo. Orlando and Alana were respectful of the home and precise in their full electrical service and panel replacement on a busy street. The electrical manager Eric is communicative and flexible. Andrew was personable and great at keeping in touch with me as we managed through projects. Alex, Nick, Cameron, and Ryder were all thorough in their inspections, with photo and video evidence giving me confidence. Juan, Neil, and Drew helped coordinate a full day boiler replacement through a half door to the basement and in the rain. Joe was perfect in not only cleaning up after a bathroom exhaust fan install and creative solutioning, but calling me like I asked any time he had a question or to give me an update on the install, since I was managing work and a newborn. A huge benefit of Cranney’s wide breadth of services is the relief of them handling cross-specialty day-of and understanding how to prioritize scheduling (I was slotted within a week of the estimates). With their new CRM tool, I look forward to tech arrival notifications to also include ETA with existing picture/bios in the future to better plan for the day. The folks at Cranney have been great to work with, across the board. We've been very happy with the service as they've repaired and maintained our furnace over the years. Most recently Dante gave the system a checkup -- he was exceptionally patient and considerate while I was juggling working from home, and recommended some minor maintenance we can do ourselves to keep the furnace running smooth. Marco and Oliver were awesome! I was extremely impressed with their knowledge in plumbing coming from a construction background of more than 25 years. They could not have been more professional, helpful and thorough. I would hope they are my plumbers for any future calls...
