"It was time for a new roof after hearing drips on a bedroom celling when it was raining out. I called Stella Roofing and that same day Steve came by and was up on the roof checking things out. (in the rain) He explained to me what he found and showed me pictures of the conditions the roof was in. He put together an estimate for a new roof and to replace two existing skylights for us. To our Surprise, the estimate was lower than what we thought it would be. A week and a half later Steve's roofing crew was on our roof, removing the old and installing new shingles and two new skylights. All in one Day!! "We had a great experience working with Steve and his team to replace our roof and skylights. They were a referral from a neighbor, and we will in turn refer others to Stella. The work seems to have been done well (though I don't really know exactly how to evaluate that), but there are a few other things I do know: (1) Communication was efficient and easy, and everything was directly with Steve—the owner—who was always responsive by email, by text, by phone, or in person as needed. (2) Pricing was good, comparing across quotes from several roofers. (3) There was no pushy sales tactics; Steve gave us lots of information we asked for about shingle options and skylight options, but never pushed us either to make more expensive choices or to make decisions quickly. Work was done on schedule as expected, at the promised cost, and things were cleaned up as expected. Thanks to Steve and his colleagues!"

Everything from scheduling to installing to to collecting payment was done with professionalism and attention to detail. The quote we received included a document with comprehensive information about the roofing technology we were signing up to have installed. "We hired Can Roof Construction in order to have a 12' x 20' second story deck built as an attachment to our house. Nate came by to give us a quote and immediately we had a good feeling about him; he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and above all he was kind. Communication was also top notch which is hard to find these days; he would always answer texts, calls and emails promptly and made sure all questions were answered thoroughly. Upon signing the contract Rocky and crew showed up on time every day and worked rigorously until the evening. They were fast, but also meticulous, and made sure not to leave any messes before they left for the day. They always had a smile on their faces whenever we came out to chat and took the time to have conversations with us regarding the project. Halfway through the project we took an out of country trip, however, the crew remained working just as diligently in order to get the deck done for us. Nate made sure to stay in touch while we were away regarding the team's progress and made sure we had nothing to worry about. After a short two and a half weeks (there were a few days they could not come by due to inclement weather) they were finished! The end product was beyond our expectations--they did an absolutely amazing job and made sure everything was cleah, cohesive and most importantly safe for us and our family. The inspector came by upon completion and gave us a thumbs up; he told us the contractors did a great job with the building of the deck. It has been a couple weeks that we've been able to use the deck with the remaining decent weather we will be getting for the remainder of the year and it has been very enjoyable thanks to Can Roof Construction. Thanks to them we can enjoy a cup of coffee wrapped in sweaters and blankets on our adirondack chairs before work, we can have big family dinners for special occasions as the sun sets, and we now have a place for our dogs to run around freely without worrying about them getting into mischief. He assessed where the problem was (a nail had separated from the shingle) and proceeded to seal the area and secure the shingle. When I asked “how much for your service call”?, he told me the office would contact me. They did contact me to tell me no charges and perhaps consider them for any roofing issues. Super nice folks!"
