Angela, one of the co-owners, managed the project, ensuring that the work was progressing as it should and that my husband and I were satisfied. She was pleasant and offered advice on choices when asked. When I noticed that something was not the way I thought it should be, she took care of it right away. The construction team, Bill, Rob, Joe and Steven were good at what they did and pleasant polite people. In every case, the kitchen was cleaned up at the end of each day. RIHI are not the cheapest home improvement company around but they are among the best. I base this on the stories I have heard from others who have had remodels done using different companies. RIHI doesn't start the project until they have all the necessary materials.
