My in-laws had there air unit go out on them. Called Aireserv and Shelly got the new one ordered and helped fill out the paper work for them. Hunter and Dawson came out and installed the unit for them and took real good care of removing the old one and installing the new one! These three were very professional and thorough through the whole processes. I would recommend anyone that needs anything done to give them a call...

Johnathan, the service representative, was very professional and had great customer service skills. He worked extremely hard in triple digit heat. He did an incredible job!!! I have found this company to be honest and reliable over the past several years. I'd highly recommend them...

Our air went out late Saturday evening and Air Serv sent Justin out to service our unit that night with no charge for after hours. He was quick, very kind, and knowledgeable. We had such a great experience that we purchased the maintenance plan right away. We look forward to a long relationship with Air Serv...
