Tom DiNapoli says: „Regal Remodelers recently completed a renovation of our primary bedroom and adjoining half-bath. The project took roughly five weeks and my wife and I are delighted with the results. Workers removed carpet from the bedroom that was original to the house, replacing it with wood flooring, that extended into the walkin closet. To improve the organization of slacks, shirts, sport coats, etc. additional clothing rods were installed along with shelving. Crown molding was installed throughout, including in the closet. The room looks spectacular. The half bath was gutted and to widen the narrow shower, it was suggested they take about 10" of a hall closet that shared a wall with the shower stall. While reducing the depth of the closet, the project manager, Paul Chiasson, came up with a way to redesign it which actually increased the options available for storage. In the bathroom, tile was installed on the floor, and a new toilet, sink, and vanity added. For the shower we chose a porcelain tile and a "pebbel" floor to increase the footing. A bench was added with a Carrera marble seat and a grab bar. The shower head we chose included an extension wand. Since the shower stall was widened the drain had to be recentered which Regal's plumbers took care of. It looks spectacular! I want to especially credit the workers Regal chose to do the renovation. Elmer who performed most of the work, overseeing it as well, as foreman so to speak was outstanding in every way. His brother Peter provided valuable assistance and the work performed by the plumbers David and his wife Faviola, the electricians Derrick and Gerald, along with Byron and Amadou all earned our respect and gratitude. They were all polite, accomodating, neat, and proficient in their trade. Aside from the quality of their work, the thing that we appreciated most from the owner, Tan Bhatti, was his allowing us to choose for ourselves all of the materials, without stipulating a cap. This was extremely generous of him and we appreciate it. And finally, thanks again to Paul Chiasson, who oversaw the project from start to finish. He was flexible and accomodating in agreeing to any request we made to modify the original plan or in signing off on small extras we may have requested, and he was a pleasure and simply a fun person to work with. Our sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone who worked to make this renovation a success...“ Show more
