Juan approached us and offered a free roof inspection. Though we had not experienced any issues, we did get hit by the hail storm earlier this year. He assessed damage and walked us through the process of communicating with the insurance company. He made the whole thing painless. I liked that it is a family-owned company. He was present to check in on the work and inspected it all afterwards.
He communicated every step clearly.
His team was stellar and worked hard to insure they completed it in the day. They also did a careful clean up job during and after.
We had an excellent experience with them and would recommend to anyone....

Just a few things needed to be corrected or fixed to our satisfaction. Juan had everything we were concerned with fixed and we were pleased with their work and the efficiency of the roof replacement and the new gutters. I recommend OWN restoration....

Own restoration did an amazing job at responding quickly and getting the job done all before I had to leave for vacation. My roof was leaking so terribly and every other roofing company had so many issues with not calling back in a timely manner or even at all. The estimate was extremely detailed and even went above and beyond to do the extra work I asked of them. Came out days later to put on a chimney bracket and fixed the post on my porch. The clean up was a bit iffy but as soon as I noticed it wasn't done properly they sent someone back out right away. They were professional and did such great work! Highly recommend...
