On 2/16/2021 we had a pipe burst in our home and as Murphy's Law would have it, the pipe didn't burst until "after business hours" so naturally, I was panic stricken thinking who am I going to find to fix it at night. I called a couple of companies, and while one was nice, neither could get me in for 3 days. I called Full Nelson and they dispatched the call out to one of their emergency experts and told me to expect a call within 20-30 minutes. Not but 10 minutes had past and Zach was on the other end of the phone. He was professional, honest and willing to talk through options to ensure I was comfortable with the decisions being made about my situation. I was anxious about the pipe burst because I have 2 kids and no water and wondering how in the world I was going to get this fixed while having to work the next day but also wondering financially how this was going to affect me and he was able to take me from super anxious down to a very calm level just during our conversation. The company scheduler called me by 9 a.m. on 2/17 to schedule Justin to come out to my house to fix the issue. She told me he would be there between 11-1p and he would call when he was on the way. This lovely woman called me back at 11:15 a.m. and said that he was still on a job and that he may be slightly later than expected. WOW - what service! In walks Justin at 1:45 p.m. another AMAZING expert in the field! Justin was professional, honest, built my trust immediately and I was even comfortable leaving him alone in my home while I got my daughter to school for play practice and then returned to inspect the work. He kept me informed of what he found, what he had to do to fix the problem and what the cost would be every step of the way. Zach and Justin should be commended by their superiors and given a big raise because it's because of their professionalism, honesty and calm nature that I chose to not only have Full Nelson fix my issue but I also signed a home contract to have them start working on our AC/Heating and Plumbing going forward. Now let's talk money....this company is fair, honest and does not rip off their customers. They could easily increased pricing and taken advantage of people due to the weather and the conditions we are in here in KC but nope, they are honest and fair. I have already recommended them to 3 co-workers just this morning. Many thanks to the customer service scheduler for being just as kind, just as professional and provided wonderful attention to our account. Employees like Zach, Justin and the scheduler are what allows a company to build a great reputation but more importantly keep a good reputation. I hope the owners and managers of this company give each of these individuals a big raise and a nice pat on the back for a job well done! Rabah Very knowledgeable knows what he’s doing. He is fixing the problems. Chip is a word of his man. MUPDATE July 8th just got a phone call from Chip Secretary, real sweet lady Rhonda. Chip wants to come and take my dehumidifier back out, but he does not want to pay for the bathroom ceiling . He has a secondary to call me. He won’t come out and even look at the job to see what’s going on. His company three of them told me I had condensation in my bathroom so I got a dehumidifier $5000. It sat and leaked for two weeks. His men three of them said it was condensation when it was a plumbing problem. Now he wants to refuse to pay for my remodeling my bathroom ceiling worst company Ever I will be taking them to small claims over fixing my ceilimg . Came next day service to install dehumidifier duct work and all . The guy Uriel valez was great kind worked hard by himself till the end then Charles came out help finished up kind as well . These guys are hard working Update : had a few snags here and there a couple days after. They sent a service tech guy out. Chip called me. The manager was really nice coming out first thing tomorrow to fix the problem. I sure do appreciate that. Update Don Thompson came out fixed all problems that no one else found . He’s the man Now we will see if chip will help pay to get my ceiling fixed in the bathroom due to his other employees missing the problem Don is the man !!!! It was the toilet leaking upstairs causing basement ceiling leaking July 2nd leak in other part of basement condensation Update July 2 nd after having a 5,000 dehumidifier put in I have condensation on my pipes leaking down to my carpets chip will hopefully have someone come out wrap pipes or see what’s going on I feel the 5,000 dehumidifier wasn’t needed!’ I’ll update when chip gets this problem solved he’s sending a ac guy out Friday Update Friday, July 5. RABAH came out today really nice guy. I think he has solved their problem. We have no return airs im the basement. He took lots of photos for knowledgeable. Told me what all need to be done. I think we’re coming to an end getting this problem fixed. Now waiting on Chip to make a decision what to do. chip is coming out next week taking a look and told me he would take care of this problem. Hoping to come to an end here pretty soon to get our basement back. Chip is a really nice guy. I’m sure he’s a man that will stick to his word the owner of the company. He sent a restoration company out today just like he said he would. July 8th Monday This is how they ruined my bathroom ceiling. I just posted a picture of it. Three of his men said I had condensation. When it was a leak in the bathroom above. Now he wants to take my dehumidifier back as if he’s being nice about it. when in reality, they ruined my bathroom ceiling, causing it to leak that long when they could not find the problem. What a company unbelievable when he pays for this, maybe we can work something out but right now he refuses to and said his salesman was not a plumber.
