Sean came out today (the same day I scheduled) and was amazing from the get go. He wasn't judgy about our lack of maintenance. He educated me on everything he saw and gave prices as we discussed the best plan. He shared future maintenance options we should consider and always showed me items he mentioned and clearly walked me through things where I could understand. I am very appreciative for his professionalism and kindness he showed as he got our air conditioning up and running! So impressed I joined their club so we can keep things maintenance properly. I would highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning....

Came home from vacation to a hot/sticky house. Being the middle of the weekend our options were limited and most services were estimating a 2 day wait period. One hour heating and cooling sent someone out within 2 hrs of calling! Francisco was knowledgeable and fixed our problem in a timely manner. We don’t have to sweat through the night. Highly recommend!...

I had great service call! One hour estimated 6 to 8pm arrival. They showed up at a little after 5pm. Javier did a great job explaining what needed to be fixed. He did offer a maintenance service, but did not pressure me into signing up for it. All around good customer service....

Wow! This company and their team is top notch! Our homes AC stopped working on the hottest day of summer and the team at One Heating and Air was out within hours to diagnose our problem. The next day they came out to replace our unit and they did an amazing job! But it didn’t stop there…because it was so hot, they gave us 3 window units to use for the night before they could install to help us sleep and cool down the important parts of our home! Tristan, Dylan, JD, Travis and Adam, we thank you for treating us like family, for tending to our needs, and for doing an incredible job! I highly recommend this company!...
