Rabah Very knowledgeable knows what he’s doing. He is fixing the problems. Chip is a word of his man. MUPDATE July 8th just got a phone call from Chip Secretary, real sweet lady Rhonda. Chip wants to come and take my dehumidifier back out, but he does not want to pay for the bathroom ceiling . He has a secondary to call me. He won’t come out and even look at the job to see what’s going on. His company three of them told me I had condensation in my bathroom so I got a dehumidifier $5000. It sat and leaked for two weeks. His men three of them said it was condensation when it was a plumbing problem. Now he wants to refuse to pay for my remodeling my bathroom ceiling worst company Ever I will be taking them to small claims over fixing my ceilimg . Came next day service to install dehumidifier duct work and all . The guy Uriel valez was great kind worked hard by himself till the end then Charles came out help finished up kind as well . These guys are hard working Update : had a few snags here and there a couple days after. They sent a service tech guy out. Chip called me. The manager was really nice coming out first thing tomorrow to fix the problem. I sure do appreciate that. Update Don Thompson came out fixed all problems that no one else found . He’s the man Now we will see if chip will help pay to get my ceiling fixed in the bathroom due to his other employees missing the problem Don is the man !!!! It was the toilet leaking upstairs causing basement ceiling leaking July 2nd leak in other part of basement condensation Update July 2 nd after having a 5,000 dehumidifier put in I have condensation on my pipes leaking down to my carpets chip will hopefully have someone come out wrap pipes or see what’s going on I feel the 5,000 dehumidifier wasn’t needed!’ I’ll update when chip gets this problem solved he’s sending a ac guy out Friday Update Friday, July 5. RABAH came out today really nice guy. I think he has solved their problem. We have no return airs im the basement. He took lots of photos for knowledgeable. Told me what all need to be done. I think we’re coming to an end getting this problem fixed. Now waiting on Chip to make a decision what to do. chip is coming out next week taking a look and told me he would take care of this problem. Hoping to come to an end here pretty soon to get our basement back. Chip is a really nice guy. I’m sure he’s a man that will stick to his word the owner of the company. He sent a restoration company out today just like he said he would. July 8th Monday This is how they ruined my bathroom ceiling. I just posted a picture of it. Three of his men said I had condensation. When it was a leak in the bathroom above. Now he wants to take my dehumidifier back as if he’s being nice about it. when in reality, they ruined my bathroom ceiling, causing it to leak that long when they could not find the problem. What a company unbelievable when he pays for this, maybe we can work something out but right now he refuses to and said his salesman was not a plumber. After having several other A/C Companies (Neal Harris and Anthony's to start the list) come out to repair our aged A/C system and all telling me that the air conditioner was dead and nothing could be done - I recieved quotes from $11,000 to $60,000 to replace the system and furnace (though I never requested the furnace be replaced, I was told it had to be?!) Yes, you read that correctly 60K! I became so frustrated that I decided that perhaps a mini-split system would be the answer. So I called Temperature Pro and was offered a same day appointment. When Jason Gibson arrived, he cleancut, on time, polite and professional. He took a look at the areas I was considering for the mini split system, he then stopped me and said he would like to take a look at the old A/C to make sure it was truly dead. After, a few minutes he informed me that there was a non working coil that was preventing the unit from cooling the air. He also considered that the coolant may need to be topped off, though it is a freon that is no longer made, so it is a matter of what is on hand and warned me that if that was needed - it would be expensive; about $260 a pound. I was shocked over this, not because of how expensive it was, but because of how cheap it seemed, as the 2 previous companies quoted me $575 and $1000 a pound!! For the very same thing! Jason returned the next day with a new coil, quickly replaced it and we were good to go - and no need for any freon. The entire repair was $1300! which were glad to pay. Jason, as well as his administrative support, are the epitome of customer service. They never spoke down to me as if there is no possible way a female could understand HVAC issues (both of the other companies did this) He is clear and concise when identifying the problem, offered solutions and adapted as needed and overcame any barriers. When I had to call back on an unrelated issue, Jason again spent time explaing and investigation all options. There was a particular type of install that he recommended someone else take a look as it was out of his scope of practice, absolutely honest. I much prefer a referral than try to have someone stumble through the process. I give my strongest recommendation to TemperaturePro and have zero issues calling them again, should I have the need. Way to go guys, Kansas City needs some honest tradesmen around not heavy sales. Thank you for everything...“ Show more
