In 2015 Lyle and Keith seen the need in the local community for roofing contracting with a better experience, that’s when Better Way Roofing was born.
Since then we have completed well over a thousand roofing projects in the Michiana area with the projects varying in size,complexity,residential and/or commercial.
Our core focus is consistent communication keeping the customer informed where their project is in the process and cleanup ensuring any debris and nails are cleaned from the ground as well as gutters as roofing tear offs can make for a very messy project all combined with a quality install per manufacturer spec and of the highest standard possible.

I came to Better Way Roofing with very old wooden and aluminum siding and an AI mockup of my house with the exact color and premium siding from within the brands I knew they used. It took two months from the down payment to the work due to the high demand from the all the tornado and storms.

Everyone in the company (Lyle, Wayne, Alex, Tammy and team) were professional, respectful, kind and did amazing work! Not only did they do such a beautiful and thorough job but they provided daily photos of their progress via their project management link. On top of that, when they found fiberboard under my old siding they assured me the that it was a much longer lasting option and kindly discounted the backer board they had quoted me from my final invoice. Plus they completed it within three and a half days!

I cannot recommend this company enough. My house has become the home of my dreams because of their beautiful work. Thank you Better Way!...

We had multiple roofers come out for quotes and these guys had the best offer with the best customer service. While meeting with all the different roofers Better Way made me feel the most comfortable and confident that the job could get done exactly how we wanted it and they made it happen!! They did a total replacement and added a ridge line for ventilation! Very happy with the outcome!!...

They did a great job. I have checked inside the attic and no leaks a month later that included some driving rain storms, downpour(s) and an EF-2 tornado. SO I removed the buckets from my attic that were placed because my old roof was more of a water feature than a barrier.

They look is great. We went with Charcoal textured metal. We had them remove our box vents and do a ridge line vent. See photo.
We also bought from them, added insulation which is a thin barrier between the metal on top of the wood they install to attach the metal.
Gutters as well. The wide gutters. The gutters now catch all the rain running off. No longer is my footpath flooded in the front corner of the house.
Better Way roofing also found rotted fascia boards on the front of my house and informed me and asked how to proceed. They removed and replaced them with new boards. Replacing them for almost cost of the materials after the original quote price.

The team was professional and clean. I didn't find any trash or materials in the yard.

I'd recommend calling them if you are looking for a roof or you want a strong second quote....
