I recently hired Cloud9 Roofing and the experience truly exceeded expectations. From start to finish, Matt and his team were professional, punctual, and consistently communicative. They showed up exactly when scheduled, clearly explained the process, and completed the job correctly the first time. No hassle, no surprises...just quality work done right.

What really set them apart, though, was a moment that meant a lot to our family. The weather had been brutally cold, and taking down our Christmas lights kept getting pushed back. I had to work and couldn’t be home to handle it. My wife called me in a panic because we had forgotten about them. The next thing I know, the team at Cloud9 was taking the lights down for us and neatly wrapping them up on our porch.

We hired Cloud Nine Roofing & Renovation to renovate our bathroom shower, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first email, Matt was incredibly responsive and provided excellent customer service. Gavin handled the demolition work, installed waterproof wallboard, updated the plumbing, and put in new fixtures. The craftsmanship on the wall tile was exceptional, and they left the area spotless. We had been planning to add a patio to our backyard for several years but needed help to develop a design we liked. Matt from Cloud Nine Roofing and Renovation met with us to understand our wants and needs and quickly devised a plan we would not have on our own. Cloud Nine quickly demoed our old patio and poured the new one. Matt was in constant communication with us and made us very comfortable throughout the entire process.

I just want to let you know that Kelly and I are very pleased with the result Cloud Nine provided with our renovated outdoor patio/pavillion/living space.
Matt worked closely with us to get the desired affect, listened to ideas and assisted with the few change orders we did have. On target and budget.
Communication was very good, timing was as scheduled, even better and personal attention was never an issue.
