Great company. Owner, Matt, was very pleasant, professional, and responded immediately to our phone call. He came the next day and explained our options for a new roof throughly. Within a few days Matt and his crew came out and we had a new roof the same day.  The crew was professional, efficient, and cleaned up our yard afterwards, with Matt staying onsite the entire time . The cost was also great! We are very pleased with our new roof which looks amazing and increased the value of our home.  An added bonus was getting a reduction in our homeowners insurance due to our new roof.  We highly recommended Cloud Nine....

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with CloudNine Roofing Company. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service.

We are extremely happy with the outstanding quality of work provided on our home. The roofing and siding repairs were completed with excellent craftsmanship, and the final results exceeded our expectations.

A very special thank you to Matt, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout this entire journey. From the very beginning, he guided us through the insurance claim process and patiently taught us how to communicate effectively with the insurance company. His experience and advice made what could have been a stressful process much easier.

Our insurance claim involved a long wait and many back-and-forth conversations with the insurance company, but Matt never gave up on us. He was always patient, supportive, and willing to answer our questions every step of the way. Thanks to his guidance, persistence, and dedication, we were able to successfully receive the insurance claim needed to complete this project. I have now worked with Matt from Cloud Nine Roofing on a few different projects and have been very pleased! In the summer of 2025, I've had the opportunity to work with Matt and the team at Cloud Nine Roofing on several projects over the past year, and I've been consistently impressed with both their work and their customer service.

In the summer of 2025, they transformed my backyard patio into beautiful stamped concrete. The craftsmanship was excellent, and even a year later it still looks brand new. This summer, they replaced my gutters, which had been installed with an incorrect pitch. After a major rainstorm last night, I was thrilled to see that the water was finally draining properly instead of pouring onto my front doorstep. They also installed custom shutters and even took the time to tighten all of my existing shutters.

Matt is incredibly easy to work with, from helping me make design decisions to keeping the project on schedule and following up throughout the process. His crew is professional, respectful of the property, and always cleans up before they leave. They were also extremely accommodating when I decided to make a significant change to my patio steps after construction had already begun, requiring them to redo several hours of work without hesitation.

I highly recommend Cloud Nine Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship, great communication, and a team that truly takes pride in doing the job right....

Cloud Nine did a fantastic job for us!  We had trim replaced, caulked & painted, and new gutters installed.  They were true professionals, from the initial estimate to the final inspection, and the communication was excellent.  Everything looks great!  They even came out on a Saturday morning to finish things up.  As a bonus, Matt (owner) got on a ladder to fix a piece of siding for us that wasn't even a part of the project!

We were so impressed with their work that we recommened them to my mother-in-law, who is now thrilled with her new gutters!

Bring on the rain!...
