Our sales rep Jason came out and did our initial inspection, and was incredibly thorough and informative. He even came back the next day to tarp our roof for free because he stated he wasn't comfortable knowing we had an active leak and more bad weather on the way! Our day of project manager, Matthew, had excellent communication during the removal of our old roof and new installation. Andes use of the "Company Cam" really allows the client to feel like they are a part of the entire process, despite the fact that you could not pay me to voluntarily climb onto my roof! I could easily see what was happening throughout the entire process. Matthew kept me well informed of the progress along the way, and any changes to our original invoice amount. It's hard to know how much wood needs replaced until you can actually see it (which we were informed of beforehand, and given costs per sq/ft so we would know what to expect if it came to that), and being able to visually see the issues myself made me feel better about the added cost of materials, turns out it was a bit worse than any of us originally expected, but you can't budget for what you can't see/know. The entire team did a fantastic job, from inspection to installation and cleanup, we had no issues at all! The full transparency and excellent customer service from start to finish made what could have otherwise been an overwhelming and stressful process so much easier. As first time homeowners, we had no idea what to expect, and Andes has certainly set the bar high for any future projects!
