Brian came out 2 years ago to inspect our roof. Said it was ok and call back in a couple years. Well I called back, Brian came out, gave us a good quote and completed the work. His crew was on time, efficient and made sure not to tear off more than they could cover as they worked through a couple small rains. After work was complete, Brian followed up with a walk through with me to make sure I was completely satisfied, and I was. Wow! It’s hard to put into words how Superior Grand Roofing is as compared to the rest. Besides extremely competitive pricing, Brian gives consideration to veterans. I was surprised when he said the upgrade I wanted would not increase the bid. Price is not always the reason to choose a roofer. Brian has an impressive knowledge of his trade. He took time to explain my roofing issues to me and explained how he would correct them. His crew was superior to others I have seen working in my subdivision. A couple years ago I needed a complete roof job on my home which is approximately 3000 sq. ft. I didn't know where to turn to for quality fair work to be done. I got a few estimates and talked extensively to a couple business owners. After talking to some businesses one stood out from all the rest. He seemed down to earth , honest, passionate and very knowledgeable about his craft. Man was I right this time! Brian and crew showed up at my home ready to work when he said he would be. His crew worked as if it was a home for one of their loved ones, no extra long breaks, cleaned up after themselves, and at steady pace. I was educated on the work that had been done upon completion and followed his instructions to the"T." Their craftsmanship is A+ far exceeding my expectations and priced fairly. Recently my mother needed a roof leak fixed and it was a "no brainer" on who to call.
