Review highlights

Shingle and metal roof replacements in Kokomo, including repairs on barns up to 52x42 feet and roof inspections that saved one homeowner from a $17,000 upsell. Brian personally identifies leak sources by walking the roof when other companies do not.

I am a local contractor and was in need of a quick roof on a brand new room addition in the "monsoon" season and Brian squeezed it for us, and for the customer. Obviously we were worried about rain getting in the house. GRAND roofing did a great job! And we now have peace of mind!...

It took Brian several days to respond and provide a quote but it was worth the wait. The quote was a few hundred dollars lower than others but Grand was able to get to the job in less than 2 weeks when others were saying it would be 8 weeks before they could get to it. They showed up as scheduled, completed the job in 1 day, did a good job of cleaning up, and the final bill was exactly what they quoted.
Can't tell yet how it will hold up but we have had several rains since the new roof was installed and everything is good so far....

We couldn’t be happier with the service, quality, or price with Grand Roofing. The turnaround time from estimate to project completion was quick, and our new metal roof looks great! We definitely recommend giving Brian at Grand Roofing a call!...
