We had just moved into our new home when my 4 year old left the upstairs bathtub running for about 2 hours. It wasn’t until the water was coming through the kitchen ceiling lights that I realized what had happened. I’ve never had to deal with this amount of flooding and didn’t know where to start. A neighbor recommended Indy Roof & Restoration for water mitigation and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They came out that day and started drying out the floors and walls. Bryan was excellent! Thoroughly explained the process and what he was going to do during the inspection. He gave a full run down once he was done didn't pressure me into making a decision right there on anything that he recommended be fixed or given small maintenance. Very friendly and would highly recommend using this company and I definitely will in the future...

Daniel Ralston was transparent, kind, helpful, and quick to respond to all questions, throughout the process of pricing and bidding on a new slate roof for our historic home. He is a true gentleman; and Indy Roof & Restoration seems to be a really wonderful company! In the end, we ended up choosing a different solution (we wanted traditional slate versus SlateTec), but I would highly recommend that everybody should feel comfortable to reach out to Daniel and seek an estimate when you need repairs or installations on a roof.
