We had a small amount of siding come unattached in a recent storm so I called about 15 roofing companies to come out and look at it. Only one company answered their phone (NOT hometown roofers). This other company came out and looked at our roof as well and told us our entire roof,  gutters, and shed were severely hail damaged and all needed to be replaced immediately in order avoid future damaged.  They told us to submit a claim through our insurance. I usually try to get second opinions before doing something like that, but none of the other 15 companies I had called responded so I went ahead and filed a claim. The insurance adjuster came out and looked at our property and told us that everything was fine and that our roof was in great condition.  This other roofing company told me that we needed to fight this and that they could replace our roof for us and then we could send the bill to our insurance after. This did not sit right with me and was the first red flag. They also told me that is was going to cost 2k to fix my small amount of siding that had come detached from the j channel. So again I started researching for more companies. I had a different company come out and do an inspection from the ground and said it was fine. When i asked them to look in my attic to make sure i was not missing any leaks, this other company told me they knew what they were looking for and that they did not need to get on my roof or look in my attic. They even told me that it was going to be over 2k to fix my siding. I was then at square 1 again looking for a roofing company that would actually listen to me. Thats when I stumbled upon Hometown roofing. They came out and listened to my concerns, got up in my attic(without me even asking),  physically climbed on my roof and then told me that there was nothing to worry about and that my roof was in great condition.  They even felt bad that I had been taken advantage of with the other companies and went ahead and fixed my siding, replaced a few missing singles on my shed, and calked some shed siding where i was having leaking for FREE! Definitely will be using them again...

A few days ago, I had Hometown roofing at my house on the east side of Indianapolis. I called that morning, Derek And his team came right out to look at a few things on my roof. I am in the process of selling my house and just wanted to have a few things checked out. They are very prompt, honest and communicate extremely well. I would recommend them for all of your roofing needs big or small. I needed to have a boot put on a pipe coming out of the roof they were fast! Their attention to detail his second to none...

The Hometown crew is great to work with. I had hail and wind damage. Derek went up to bat for me to get my insurance company to approve my claim. They were always in communication throughout the entire process and all are very friendly. My roof looks fantastic and was completed in 1 day. Workers were very thorough in cleaning up after the work was completed. Thank you to Maggie, Derek and John K. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof...

Johnny and the Hometown Roofing guys were awesome to work with. Even though our insurance claimed had been denied for a new roof, Johnny believed that we needed a new roof and continued to be persistent with our homeowners insurance. He even came out on two different occasions to meet with the inspector. Even when we thought that our claimed had been denied for good, he walked us through the process of getting a reinspection and never lost hope. In the end after going back and forth with the insurance company, they ended up covering our entire roof fully!
Then a couple weeks later they came out and pulled the old roofing off in about an hour, and put the new roof on the same day! They even brought their own port-o-potty near the street so their guys had a bathroom while on the job! The next day they came back and replaced our gutters and downspouts!
Overall they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone...
