Eli Bruns w/ Hometown Roofing randomly stopped at our house to talk with us about roofing repairs due to some resent bad weather in the area. After talking we decided to get a quote and check out their work a little.
What a great experience it’s been. Follow up, along with keeping us informed with the projected date for completion. Although rain delayed it by a couple days, they showed up in full force. Starting early in the morning and they completed our home and back garage in one day!….. Wow!! We couldn’t believe what all they got done. It was on the schedule for 2 days but it was all completed in about 12 hours. This includes clean up. When they left you couldn’t even tell they had even been here besides seeing the dump trailer. They listen to our needs and completed everything exactly they way we asked them too. My wife kept them hydrated all day with Gatorade & Coke. I can’t brag enough on those guys quality of work and the respect of our property. And let me tell you about the follow up. We had 2 people show up at the end of completion and another follow up the next day. All this was in person. We also received a few calls and text messages. They all asked the same thing in the end. Are you happy with the work and is there anything we can do for you? We have had a Fantastic Experience with the hometown roofing company and Eli. Thank you so much for doing a fantastic job and we love the roof color and it makes the house stand out in the neighborhood. Thank you again for all you have done....

10/10 experience. Eli was attentive, communicative and an advocate for me with insurance communications. Eli is the best! The roofing team was extremely nice, clean and equally quick! The roof color is warm with depth that truly makes the house feel more like a home. The whole company is fantastic!...

We had a small amount of siding come unattached in a recent storm so I called about 15 roofing companies to come out and look at it. Only one company answered their phone (NOT hometown roofers). This other company came out and looked at our roof as well and told us our entire roof,  gutters, and shed were severely hail damaged and all needed to be replaced immediately in order avoid future damaged.  They told us to submit a claim through our insurance. I usually try to get second opinions before doing something like that, but none of the other 15 companies I had called responded so I went ahead and filed a claim. The insurance adjuster came out and looked at our property and told us that everything was fine and that our roof was in great condition.  This other roofing company told me that we needed to fight this and that they could replace our roof for us and then we could send the bill to our insurance after. This did not sit right with me and was the first red flag. They also told me that is was going to cost 2k to fix my small amount of siding that had come detached from the j channel. So again I started researching for more companies. I had a different company come out and do an inspection from the ground and said it was fine. When i asked them to look in my attic to make sure i was not missing any leaks, this other company told me they knew what they were looking for and that they did not need to get on my roof or look in my attic. They even told me that it was going to be over 2k to fix my siding. I was then at square 1 again looking for a roofing company that would actually listen to me. Thats when I stumbled upon Hometown roofing. They came out and listened to my concerns, got up in my attic(without me even asking),  physically climbed on my roof and then told me that there was nothing to worry about and that my roof was in great condition.  They even felt bad that I had been taken advantage of with the other companies and went ahead and fixed my siding, replaced a few missing singles on my shed, and calked some shed siding where i was having leaking for FREE! Definitely will be using them again....

Our experience with Higgins Roofing Team was exceptional.  From the beginning working with Maggie in the office to Johnny Hill inspecting the storm damage to our home and being at the project daily while it was in progress...the roofers and siders were amazing, professional, and easy to work with and completing each of their projects in one day with efficient clean up. Derek did several visits to make sure the project was going smoothly as well.  The house is amazing now and we have people stop and make comments about the performance of the contractors and how nice our home looks. We can't say enough good things about this company and their staff.  Especially Johnny Hill.
