The initial meeting with Mr. Berlew came about when a friend of ours got their roof done , so I asked who done it . I reached out and we set up an appointment he was very thorough and well knowledge. My husband was gonna do the roof but k ew it was gonna be to much for him to do alone as we have other projects to get finished . The price was great job was done great and fast ! Great team you have ! Cleanup was done great , so thank you for making our experience with your company a success...

After hail damage we needed roof/siding replacement. Mikel was great from the beginning of the process! Starting with getting to us quickly for an estimate, taking the time to explain everything to us with insurance and answering the multiple questions we had throughout all the work being done. We can't even express how thankful we are to Smith's roofing. We couldn't find a respectable responsible company in my town so I reached out to Smith in Columbia City.  We were desperate to get our roof fixed as it was leaking, destroying the wall in our back room, rained in my kitchen, and had moved to my bathroom destroying my bathroom ceiling above my tub. All of this was an extremely stressful situation seeing as how the winter weather was upon us.
I am very thankful to Chase for taking time out of his evenings to discuss things whenever my husband, who is military and works very long hours, had questions because he could not always be here to handle things with me.
The crew themselves were amazing guys! They put a smile on my face every time I walked out and saw them having fun doing their job. They were extremely thorough, they were very fast and they double checked everything to make sure everything was being done correctly even when they found major unexpected problems underneath the bad roof.
I have been sending messages to all friends and family saying if you need a roof this is the place to go!!!!!
We hope that this company stays in business for a very long time and again we can't even express how thankful we are to this company and all of their staff!
