Review highlights

Roof and gutter replacements, including Davinci Shake installations and matching new siding to Hardie on homes with window and wall repairs. Matt worked with insurance to secure full roof and gutter coverage after partial approvals.

We had our entire roof replaced by Dream Home Exterior after storm damage, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the initial inspection, Sam was transparent, professional, and thorough in explaining the scope of work and timeline.

The crew arrived on time, carefully protected our landscaping, and completed the entire tear-off and new shingle installation in just one day. They also did a thorough cleanup and used a magnetic roller to ensure nails were picked up before leaving.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and everything went smoothly with no stress. We highly recommend Dream Home Exterior to anyone looking for quality roofing work and great customer service! Sam was great!...

Sam came by, as he was in the area, to see if we wanted him to check our roof for damage. He checked it and said there was hail damage and offered to put a claim in with our insurance. I asked him if they do siding and windows and was told they do everything. He put in a request for an estimate on windows and siding and a couple days later Matt came by to measure for windows and siding on the second floor. The insurance handled the roof. They started tearing off the roof on Tuesday September 16 and also finished it the same day. They started on the Windows on the top floor the same day and finished the windows on the back of the house. On Wednesday the 17th, they replaced the windows on the front of the house. There was so much damage to the wall outside under our bedroom window, a new wall had to be built before the new window could be put in. By Saturday the 20th the siding was put on. This company was great to work with! They covered everthing, moved plant containers as needed, cleaned up every day they were here, and answered questions when we had them. We have more work to be done and will definitely have them again!...
