„Mark Pajewski says: I called All Roofs, Inc after a hail storm in February of 2024 to inspect my Mother's roof as she is a bit older and unable to really handle the scope of this. I spoke with Mike Hartley and set up an appointment. Mike arrived on time and did his due diligence up on the roof. I was advised that there was apparent damage from the storm and Mike was a straight shooter from jump street advising of his experience with insurance companies while also informing me of what they tend to look for and where we stood in comparison. There were no empty promises or shady practices. I felt I was given and honest and informative opinion. Unfortunately, the insurance company with whom my Mother had done business for 45 years want as above board. Needless to say the insurance company fought tooth and nail against doing what was right and what they had been paid to do for over four decades. Mike took the time to go over my Mother's policy and explain it to her and I and also explain what options we would have should the insurance company stick to their guns and try not to pay for the repairs/replacement. I had several questions throughout the process and I gotta say Mike went above and beyond often taking my calls on his off time while with his children to explain the steps we would take , what my responsibilities were and how to go about them. Customer service was A+ ! We ended up having to hire a public adjuster which Mike setup for us and cost us nothing in the end. All Roofs, Inc was professional at all times even when the insurance company ladder man changed inspection dates and times multiple times. The representative from All Roofs, Inc had always shown up at agreed upon times and waited almost two hours once for the insurance company's inspector to arrive. All Roofs and especially Mike Hartley went to bat for my Mother as if she were their family and after several insulting offers that quiet honestly defeated the insurance companies own argument it was determined that we would have to follow the appeal process. Once again Mike Hartley set up and explained the process to us putting us at ease . In the end , All Roofs ,Inc fought a good fight and we were able to have the entire roof replaced! Shortly there after Mile arrived at my Mother's home where she picked out shingles , the contract was written up for the replacement and we were told the work would be done within a certain time frame which it was. The roofing crew arrived and worked on the home and cleaned up very well before leaving. The roof looks great and there have been no problems thus far. I was really stressed out as my Mother is older and could not afford to replace her roof which essentially the insurance company wanted her to do offering her $800 and change and refusing to budge on their first offer if not for All Roofs, Mike, and the public adjuster etc. All in all of have to say this company made the process for a first timer like myself very smooth and comfortable. We felt as if they treated us as friends or family. Customer service was excellent! The work was done fast and correctly. I would highly recommend All Roofs,Inc to anyone in need of repair/replacement. Thanks to all of you at All Roofs! I contacted a few companies and left voicemails and Marko Petrovic from Butler was the first to call me back. Not that winning the call-back race matters, but he responded within the hour. He's very easy to get along with, very knowledgeable, kept an open schedule with me, and also seemed to prioritize my needs. When the other companies responded they were professional, but they felt more like salesmen, and I was not gonna deal with that. From the start, I asked if he had any issues dealing with insurance companies, and he assured me he has no problems helping customers out with it. He explained the whole process plainly, but precisely, and was always available for any questions. He came out a few days later to meet and look at my roof. Never once did he try to force me or coerce me to sign any contract. We had an honest and open understanding that if he were "going to bat" for me with insurance and getting the most out of my claim, then we had a verbal acknowledgement that I would use his company's services. I made an appointment with the claims adjuster and had to reschedule because of rain. Marko rescheduled as well. Day of appointment, adjuster didn't show up, and when I got a hold of him he said he accidentally double-booked me and another appointment. Marko had been sitting in his truck in front of my house for about an hour. When the adjuster came a couple hours later, Marko made sure to be there for me, and access the roof with the adjuster. There was light rain and the adjuster didn't seem interested in going on the roof. Marko had a good rapport with the adjuster and they were both able to do a full assessment of my roof. Because of this, I believe, I received the maximum coverage possible through my insurance. He went to bat for me! I met up with Marko about a week later to go over details and cost. He explained everything thoroughly and broke down exactly where the insurance money, and some of my money, was going. He led me through the entire process. Never, at any time, did he come across as a salesman or wanted to push unnecessary items. He left every option on the table, and let me decide what I wanted to do. Next step was getting the roof done. This was honestly the most painless part possible. Marko texted me a few days in advance of when they were thinking of doing it and when they were dropping off materials. He just asked that somebody be around sometime in the morning of the roof replacement because I was having skylights replaced and he needed interior access to align them. Otherwise, I was able to run my errands throughout the day, and let the crews do their work. Marko would stop by a few times throughout the day to check on the work and update me on some things. The crew was outstanding in my opinion! I had a tear-off and it was done in a single day. They couldn't get the gutters done in the same day, due to a delay in the morning from some rain, but were back a couple days later to finish. And the gutters are done by Butler Roofing. He doesn't sub-contract them out to a third party company. During the project there was a ton of debris all over the place but that was all cleaned up! After the work was completed Marko reached out a couple times to make sure everything was all good. As a customer, I appreciate this, as he genuinely wants his customers to be satisfied and it also reflects on his crews great work as well. Again, I appreciate all that Marko, his crew, and Butler Roofing did for me! I honestly vibed well with him and I never once felt misguided or led to somewhere I wasn't comfortable. There's no hidden costs or surprises at the end of the project. He was always understanding of my concerns, always quick to respond to my questions, and always friendly and professional!
