I tried for 2 yrs to get appraisals and none of the companies responded! Northstar left flyers in our door! I asked for an appraisal and they responded immediately.  They roofer my house in 1 day. I have engaged NorthStar Roofing twice in the last two years.  I have metal roofs, and the electrical mast on one of my buildings was destroyed in the Tornado of April, 2023.  The mangled mast had to be removed, the long panel (over twenty feet long) had to be cut at the mast and a new piece installed under the existing panel.  The bid was decent, the response time was good, and the work was excellent.

More recently, small leaks were noticed in two of my buildings.  It was obvious that at least one vent boot had failed and some caulking was needed around flashing.  What was not obvious was that flu caps for most of the furnaces - all seventy years old - needed replacing.  This exceeded the original bid and the needed work drove the cost up 250%, but it was still a fair price and the work was well done.

The guys from NorthStar are competent, friendly, not full of crap, and responsive.  I have and will continue to suggest NorthStar as a reputable contractor.
