We will be requesting him for all our plumbing needs! Thanks Dustin! Original: I chose Tiger Services because they do everything and that's just what we needed on our newly purchased 1940s home. The initial call was just for an air duct clean but we were also looking to fix leaking old steel water and sewer pipes, and update some things just to have peace of mind. Richie Crady at Tiger absolutely made that happen. He came to do an evaluation on all work needed done, two days later came up with multiple options with estimates. Richie was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He made getting tons of work done, a breeze! Wrapped up today on a whole new re-pipe on water sewer and gas lines throughout our entire home. As well as a new furnace, duct-cleaning, whole house water filter, new water heater, new water softener, supply lines to appliances, a second hose spigot and new water fixtures inside and out. They even tended to a few odds and ends for me, closing off an old vent, fixing some duct work, and removing an old unvented gas heater. I am just amazed at the work and how it's completely upgraded our home! Makes me feel safe and sound knowing every thing is brought up to code and fresh. And virtually no worries if anything happens because they gave us a 20 year warranty on all work done! I am super impressed with Nick Kendall, the lead plumber on our job. He was very professional, kind and educated about everything. Everything he did was done properly and professionally. He went ABOVE and BEYOND by installing a laundry sink and helping me fix the ground wire that was originally going through the old pipes. This man needs a raise for how he handled everything. I would give him and his team, John(sorry I forgot his last name) and Bradley Drew 5/5 stars. They got the work done in a timely manner and made sure everything was functioning properly. I'd like to also mention one of the two HVAC guys sent the first day, Dorian (sorry forgot the last name), he was very chill and helped me understand how exactly things on the new furnace run. He also lead the team on moving a vent on my floor, up onto my wall. He made sure it was done in a way where they didn't have to remove much of the wall! It was great! I want to thank the customer service agents for always taking my calls and getting me the information I needed and ETA's on the workers arrivals. They were all very nice! 10/10 recommend these Tiger team members, their work, and the company they work for! Thanks Tiger(and Nick especially) !...“ Show more
