He keeps me updated throughout the process and was detail-orientated in materials selected. His team was efficient in changing the shingles on one side of my roof, and installing 3 new bath vents and 2 new chimney housing. While up on the roof, he also made sure all the exposed screws are properly sealed to prevent further rusting. All costs are reasonable and transparent.
