He took the time to walk us through every step making sure we fully understood the process and what to expect. When our claim was denied by our insurance company without any clear evidence for the decision they went above and beyond to fight for us. Not only did they get the insurance issue resolved but the quality of the roofing work was excellent. The team was punctual, efficient and left our property clean. Had a great experience with All Roofs on our gutter and downspout replacement at our home in Morton Grove. Patric and his crew were professional, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up on time, completed the work as scheduled, and made sure everything was installed cleanly and properly. The new 6-inch gutters and added downspout look great and, more importantly, are doing exactly what we needed, moving water away from my building. I also appreciated their flexibility in addressing a few specific requests during the project, including matching the existing color and extending the downspout for better drainage. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Despite having Insurance Company that was known as being difficult, I got a new roof.! Thanks to Patrick. He handled everything with Insurance Company and help with the claims. Patrick and all the workers are very professional and experienced. They did excellent job and the roof looks great. It's always scary to trust someone who is going to do such a MAJOR project on your home. These guys put my mind completely at ease from the initial consultation. They were so knowledgeable and transparent with what needed to be done AND what didn't need to be done. I was thrilled to get a date right away and when the trucks pulled up punctually that morning I knew I chose the right company for the job. What a sharp crew! It was clear that they had worked together for a long time because everyone worked so efficiently together. No standing around and contemplating what to do. They each had a job to do and it started like a well oiled machine. They started by preparing the area around the house with tarps. Not one thing in my garden was ruined, and when they left in the evening it was as though they were never there-other than seeing our beautiful new roof! I can't say enough good about this wonderful company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof and I'm sure that any of the other services they provide would be just as professional and successful as my roof project...
