He took the time to walk us through every step making sure we fully understood the process and what to expect. When our claim was denied by our insurance company without any clear evidence for the decision they went above and beyond to fight for us. Not only did they get the insurance issue resolved but the quality of the roofing work was excellent. The team was punctual, efficient and left our property clean. We recently had our roof replaced by All Roofs and were very satisfied with the whole experience. Our sales rep Alexander Ortiz was amazing to work with-he was in constant contact with us and made the process very easy. He would call and stop by both before and after the roof replacement to be sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Patrick came to the house and provided a quote, wrote up the contract and obtained the permit. Peter was very accommodating with scheduling when I requested a Saturday appointment. Had a great experience with All Roofs on our gutter and downspout replacement at our home in Morton Grove. Patric and his crew were professional, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up on time, completed the work as scheduled, and made sure everything was installed cleanly and properly. The new 6-inch gutters and added downspout look great and, more importantly, are doing exactly what we needed, moving water away from my building. I also appreciated their flexibility in addressing a few specific requests during the project, including matching the existing color and extending the downspout for better drainage. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Despite having Insurance Company that was known as being difficult, I got a new roof.! Thanks to Patrick. He handled everything with Insurance Company and help with the claims. Patrick and all the workers are very professional and experienced. They did excellent job and the roof looks great.
